The (11th) Doctor looked at his former self, remembering what it was like back then. Saving the world wasn't so difficult back then was it? Now he had a LOT more enemies.

But when he looked at Rose, a pit of guilt formed in his stomach. She was so perfect, so innocent, but then he came along and ruined her life. The Doctor shook his head. There was no time for daydreaming now.

"Yes! I was just thinking the same thing!" he replied.

"Hang on. First, what's with the bow tie? I've never had an interest in bowties, and don't think I ever will." his 9th regeneration really was annoying.

"Um excuse me."he said in a deadly tone. "but, cool. Bow ties are cool."

The older looking man just shrugged, taken aback by the sudden mood change.

"Ehem. Anyway. We should probably get ourselves different names so this doesn't get complicated. I will be The Doctor." he said with a smile.

The others immediately objected, each man explaining why he should be called Doctor, while Rose argued on behalf of her current Doctor. They went on in chaos for some time. The argument was getting extremely heated when Rose stepped in.

"Look! Why don't you all be called by the number of your current regeneration? The Doctor told me about that a few days ago. Why don't you be Nine, you be Ten, and you be Eleven?" she said, pointing at each one in turn.

All the men stared at her for awhile before they began saying how preposterous the idea was. In the end, though none could come up with a better idea. They finally took to Rose's idea.

Now Eleven looked at the people surrounding him. Nine was standing with his arms crossed, a dissatisfied expression on his face. Ten, had slowly been gravitating towards Rose, and was now a mere 3 inches away from her wearing a stern expression. Rose, however strange it felt, was letting him stand this close to her, but kept glancing at him. She wondered what would happen in the future to make the Doctor feel so protective of her.

"So now that we've got that issue sorted out, let's move on to the next." stated Eleven. "Why is it only us 3 here? Where's everyone else?"

In response, Ten stepped out and began speaking in a quick and complicated way, making him sound extremely intelligent. No one could understand so they just waited until he finI she'd with "Weeell, that or we all just casually crashed into eachother."

"Sorry, didn't quite get that. Mind repeating again? Maybe a bit slower?" Nine was getting fed up with Ten and his so called intelligence.

Eleven jumped in before another fight could start."Why don't we all go back to the TARDIS and have a cup of tea? I've also got fish fingers and custard!"

"Fish fingers and custard? That sounds... disgusting." she said with a smile.

"Or maybe I could explain to you 3 what happened!" snapped Ten.

They all agreed and sat down in the grass.

"So. As I was saying, there was probably a fault, or shall I say crash in time." the others were about to break in, but he raised his hand. "Our timelines are separate, right? Well, something broke the force keeping them that way. The crash wasn't big enough to break through too many, so it only effected our 3.

"So pretty much something crashed through ours timelines?" Nine put in with his usual sass.

"But what did?" Eleven questioned. He had been sitting quietly and listening to the others. They were such children to him. Always bickering.

"Hang on. Has anyone seen Rose?" Ten panicked.

"What?! I thought you had her! For goodness sake you couldn't take your eyes off her earlier! I thought I could trust you! Guess I was wrong though!" Nine shouted.

They all got up. How could this have happened. It was like she'd vanished into thin air! But when they looked up, a great dread greeted them. In the sky were 3 daleks. One, with Rose hanging onto its gun.
