Eleven stared at the spot his former self had been. What had he done? He should've been looking! What was happening right now to Ten? Was he in danger?
"Oi Eleven. You might want to stop staring and maybe make yourself useful." Nine said in a deadly manner.
This made Eleven angry, but he felt too guilty to argue. What had he done to get I to this mess anyway? He walked over and tilted his head while looking at Nine. "Yes?"
"WELL FIRST OF ALL, WHY COULDN'T YOU HELP?! IM SORRY IF YOURE LITTLE EYES HURT, BUT HE IS YOU. YOU. MAYBE NEXT TIME ONE OF US IS IN DANGER YOULL TRY A LITTLE HARDER!"
"I WAS TRYING. AND YOU DONT KNOW ME, MAYBE IM BLIND. YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO KNOW."
"Oh come on. Let's not shift the blame here. MY EYES HURT TOO! And of course you aren't blind, don't be like that."
He sighed. "I'm sorry. I should've tried harder."
The lack of argument took Nine by surprise, and he nodded. "Let's go find something to eat. I'm hungry."
With heavy hearts, the three of them walked back to where the TARDISes were. It was long, but they got there eventually. As Eleven sat down upon the grass, he noticed something crinkle under him and got up. Right where he had been sitting was a note. It read:
Doctor,
It's been three months and I have heard no sign of any of you. Still, I am stuck in time, but I am as safe as I can get. I have people that are able to send this, though I can't tell you who. For the best of all of us, you should go to the place of my departure as soon as possible.
Strange as this is,
The Doctor
Eleven gasped. It had been three months for him and they still hadn't managed to bring him back. This was all wrong. Slowly he turned the paper over and looked up.
"Nine, Rose, come here."he said slowly.
They walked over and ge handed them the letter. As they read it, concerned expressions grew on their faces. "Well?"
"Isn't it obvious?" Rose said. "We need to go there.
"It could be dangerous."
"But he's our freind. We're not leaving him behind."
There was no arguing with that so they ran as fast as they could towards the dreaded spot. When they arrived, they saw nothing. They looked around and we're about to leave when they heard,
"So you decided to show up? I must say I'm quite disappointed. I expected better of you three." out of a shadow stepped the slender form of a woman, cloaked in black.
