Went Too Far

Donnie's P.O.V

I charged at Leo with the blade of my bo staff thrushed forward to strike until he whipped out of the way and knocked me down on the ground. What a whimp! He hasn't drawed one drop of blood from me during the whole hour that we've been fighting! When Leo approached me, I try to sweep my leg at his trying to trip him until he jumped out of the way cutting me on it. I growled in anger before forcing myself up with my staff in my hand and twirled it in both my hands charging at Leo and nicked him on his neck hearing him wince in pain. I just ignored him and continued attacking him cutting him a few more times while he tried to dodge them. Irritated I grab Leo on the front of his shell and kicked him on his gut before I stabbed him on his chest a little and tossed him behind myself just like how he did with Splinter. Leo banged on the wall blood welling out of him. I turned around to walk towards him readying my bo staff to finnish him off while he stared at me in terror. Good! He should be afraid because that's the look Splinter gave him before he killed him!

"Donnie don't!" Leo said rasping a little. But I still ignored him. I could get what Raph felt when Leo was chosen over him!

"Beg for mercy all you want killer!" I said. I lifted up my staff readying to strike. "Because of you Splinter is gone!" I yelled. Leo closed his eyes tightly and shielded his face a soft gasp coming from him. I lifted up my bo staff higher and then thrushed it forward. Suddenly I see an arm grabbing my staff and looked over seeing Raph growling at me and punched me on my face making me topple away. I forced myself up seeing Raph throw down my bo staff as it clattered on the ground and my brother glared at me his teeth bared like a dog.

"Stay away from him Don!" Raph yelled. He rushed toward Leo helping him up. Panting I looked at Leo's chest blood still coming out of him. What've I done? I just tried to kill Leo! My own brother! I went to approach him wanting to help until Raph stood in front of me protectively standing between me and him.

"And what are you doing?!" Raph questioned angrily. I tried to speak but I was too speechless at the mess I did on Leo.

"Please let me help him, I-I didn't mean to do this." I begged finding myself trembling. Raph glared at me for a few minutes before he pushed me away.

"Lay one finger on him and you're dead!" Raph threatened. I growled at him feeling irritated. I was just trying to make up for what I did to Leo by helping him! I force myself to calm down.

"Look Raph, I know you're just protecting Leo but you have to let me help him, he'll die if you don't." I reasoned. But of course Raph crossed his arms sneering at me. I saw that coming from him!

"I thought killing the killer was what you wanted!" Raph said to me firmly. I couldn't say anything to him. He obviously didn't believe me. Moments later Raph finally sighed and let me pass to check on Leo. I headed towards Leo and went to check to see if his wound was deep or not until he smacked my hands away hitting hard like a rock being thrown at me.

"Ow!" I yelled out. What was that for?!

"Don't touch me, I don't want you to be near me ever again Shredder junior!" Leo yelled. My heart litterly thumped in my chest. I get why he was insalting me but the look just made shivers go down my spine. Leo was glaring at me in the most hateful way that I've ever seen. The only time he had that look was when he'd be fighting against Shredder. But something else was wrong. His sapphire blue eyes were all dilated and his gaze turned into slits like how a cat's eyes were when they were threatened and angry. This wasn't normal at all. Shredder definitely messed his mind up with that brain worm.

"Leo calm down, let's just get you back to the lair, I've sent Mikey there in case something would happen to him." Raph said his hand on his shoulder. Leo pushed him away in the most meanest way.

"I'm not going anywhere with the avenger here with me!" Leo yelled pointing at me.

"Leo I-I'm sorry." I said stammering. Leo gave me a glare that pierced my heart like one of his katanas stabbing through it. He growled at me darkly. Before I knew it, Leo swipped one of his katanas from the ground and pointed it at my face closely my heart thundering. Was he going to just kill me? Leo put his weapons away still glaring at me.

"Never do that again or I'll be the one to make you suffer!" Leo threatened harshly. I tried to speak but he already turned around and jumped on top of the rooftop snapping at Raph when he tried to stop him. Leo dashed off a loud groan of irritation sounding from him before everything except for my heart pounding rhythmically. I've got to find Leo. If his wound is too deep, he won't last long by himself out there in the cold.
