I could’ve done it differently,
The times that seem to bother me,
The days where some mistakes took place,
The troubles that caused my heart to race.
I could’ve given them more thought,
Or ignore the fears that they brought,
Or talked to someone I held dear.
But I didn’t think they’d want to hear
About each single struggle or worry.
I could’ve done them differently,
But I’m not in the least bit sorry.
