We ended up going to Taco Bell, and while we were eating we talked.

"So why are you here?" I ask and take a bite of my food.

"To spend time with you" she says almost like a question.

"We both know that's a lie"

"I needed to get away" she plays with her sleeve.

"From what?"

"I'll talk about it later"

"Then why is this bitch here?" Zane changes the subject.

"Hoe" Emily scoffs. "I'm here for the pleasant aura"

"Your aura smells like dollar store perfume" Zane sasses.

"You smell like 230 pounds worth of chipotle"

"The fuck does that mean?" He plays along.

"It means you thick" she gets up to refill her drink.

"Hey, do you mind if I film?" Zane asks Paige.

"Go ahead" she shrugs and goes on her phone.

"So earlier when we were doing coffee talk, this bitch calls" Zane explains to the camera and points it at here. "And she brought her ratchet friend"

"Okay" Emily says, sounding offended as she sits back down.

"So what's Florida like?" I ignore Zane's vlogging.

"Didn't you grow up there?" Emily asks.

"What's up with this bitch, coming for our ratchet brand?" Zane points the camera at me.

"Listen here" I look her straight in the eyes and try not to smile. "Is your bonnet too fucking tight?" I earn a laugh from them both.

"I think your bonnets on too fucking tight, if she wanna come in here and act like she own the place" I keep my act up while Zane is literally crying from laughing.

While we did this bit, Paige paid little to no attention to us, she didn't seem like herself.

The rest of the time we were there, Emily did most of the talking and hit it off from the start with Zane, since the two share very similar personalities.

We get back to our empty apartment.

"Y'all can take the guest room" I lead them in.

While they go in to put their stuff away, Zane and I sit on the couch.

"Hey Zane?" I gain his attention. "Paige didn't seem like herself"

"I noticed, I met her before and she was just like Emily"

"I think somethings wrong" I look back at my phone.
