"I like you too". I whispered in his ear. As I came, face to face, with him again, he placed his forehead against mine and closed his eyes. I could feel his warm breath on my lips. My heart started beating out of my chest as I didn't know what was going to happen next. Finally, he leaned in a broke the space between us. Are lips danced with each other and my hands tugged on his hair pulling him closer. His arms tightening around my waist.
After a few more magical moments, we pulled away from each other. Jack still held me close as he smiled at me. "Wow.." he sighed. "Wow.." I replied.
We finally parted from our embrace and he held my hands. He walked me over to this blanket that was laid on the soft sand. I sat down on the blanket while Jack walked back to his car to get something. I just watched the sunset and dried off from the water.
Jack came back with a champagne bottle and two glasses. He sat down beside me,opened the bottle and poured it into both of our glasses. I decided to take this opportunity to take an Instagram photo.

I laughed at the comments and turned off my phone. I looked over at Jack and he was looking at me. "I had a really great time Jack" "I did too, do you wanna come back to my place. It's getting pretty late and I don't live too far away" "That'll be nice" I smiled.
We finished our drinks and got up from the blanket. Jack was cleaning up while I was getting dressed into my outfit. I handed Jack his shirt, after he was finished and he put it on. We walked, hand in hand, towards that car and he opened the door for me. "Thank you" I said and sat down in the passengers seat. He closed my door and went to put the blanket and the drinks in the back seat. After that he got into the drivers seat and we drove off.
We sat in comfortable silence as I watched cars zoom by the car window. I turned my head to see Jack focused on the road. I took this opportunity to admire him one more time. I'm so lucky to have a friend like Jack Avery.
