Chapter 7: Baby Boy

Seven months in and the boys still didn't know the gender jimin was excited yet curious to know while yoongi just wanted the baby out of him he was sick of the morning sickness and ankle swelling

"Minnie! I don't want to go let's get food instead then wait till the baby is born to know what the baby will be" jimin shook his head before he helped yoongi put on his clothes

"But what if it's a girl and all we have is boy clothes then again we need to know because we didn't choose a name for the child yet"

Jimin was right they never sat down and talked about what the babies name would be because all yoongi would do is sleep, eat and refuse to leave his bed

"But minnie I don't care about naming the baby let me sleep some more"

Jimin sat on the bed next to yoongi hugging him "come on my little prince don't be stubborn we can't just call the child baby all of it's life it needs a name and we need to go to this appointment before we have to reschedule I promise to buy you lamb skewers the way you want after"

"Fine only because I love you and this means so much to you" jimin giggled kissing his nose he then helped yoongi off the bed to his car but before they could leave he packed him a couple of snacks with some water since yoongi didn't have the taste for juice or soda ever since he got pregnant it was like the baby hated everything sweet except honey and peanut butter

Once they reached the place him and Jimin sat in the waiting room the blonde haired boy couldn't stop his legs from bouncing in excitement yoongi was ready to leave when they got out of the car he wanted to run away but he couldn't because his belly was already too big

There was a lady sitting next to him she had a little boy with her she was also pregnant the little boy was throwing a tantrum over something stupid and he really couldn't take it anymore "ma'am could I talk to your son a second" the lady nodded sitting back watching yoongi and the little boy

"Hi little one my name is yoongi what is your name?" he said sweetly with his signature gummy smile

"C-chanwoo" he said while sniffling before yoongi wiped his tears away

"Well channie you shouldn't give mommy a hard time she won't be around long believe me I know you should be a big boy and protect her ok" chanwoo nodded smiling at yoongi

Yoongi handed him the strawberry sucker he had in his pocket "now apologize to your mom, give her many hugs and kisses"

The boy did as yoongi told him his mother smiled and hugged him back before yoongi could go back to jimin's side she gave him a hug too saying "you'll be a great father yoongi I know you will" hearing that made him think about the baby and the future that was to come from their child

"Min Yoongi?" He heard the nurse say from the door him and Jimin walked into the room the lady got them settled before she got the stuff

Yoongi laid on the table bed thingy (sorry don't know what it's called) while jimin stood next to him holding his hand the nurse got out the gel she then lifted up yoongi's shirt and waved the wand thingy (sorry again I'm too lazy to actually look up what the things are called) over the gel so they could see the the baby in the ultrasound

"Can you hear it that's the babies heart beat" jimin smiled happily while yoongi was almost in tears he just realized that he had a living being inside of him that he was really going to be a parent

That heartbeat on the screen was his baby

"And here is the babies head" jimin squeezed yoongi's hand in excitement "so what is it? I mean what is the gender"

The nurse smiled "it's a.....boy congratulations"

Jimin was shocked while yoongi started to cry they were really having a baby and it was going to be a boy

"I'll leave you two alone to talk or you know let the news sink in" she said before she left them be

"Hyung did you hear that! It's a boy stop crying" yoongi cried even harder what if he wasn't a good mommy?

What if the baby hated him he would hate himself if that happened

"Baby what's wrong talk to me" jimin said holding his face in between his hands as he kissed him all over his face yoongi didn't deserve this he didn't deserve jimin and his kindness

"What if the baby doesn't like me minnie like what if the child hates me or doesn't want me to be it's mother I'm scared ok im scared that I'll become a bad parent"

Jimin smiled and hugged him trying to calm him down "you'll be the best father out here I know it I could tell because of what you did with that little boy in the lobby so don't worry because our little jihoonie will love you my mom always told me a baby makes love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, savings smaller and a home happier understand?"

Jimin was right with every word he said but wait who was Jihoon

"Jihoon?"

"We should name him that wouldn't that be a cute name for him"

Yoongi giggled and rubbed his belly "min jihoon" he whispered too his belly the baby seemed to like that name since he started to kick like crazy

"Now cheer up so I can buy you all of the lamb skewers in the world" yoongi jumped up and kissed jimin he loved this man more than anything

"I love you Minnie" jimin smiled and held him even though his arms couldn't go around his whole body because of jihoon

"I love you too hyung and remember jihoon will love you you're his mommy after all" he said to him before they left the doctor's office

Maybe this parent thing won't be bad jimin was right yoongi shouldn't doubt himself because he knows that they will be great parents especially jimin since he's so loving
