A Long Journey- Just For You

The Beach

(A/N- Jacks family flew out to Florida as well)

Jack finished unpacking as Gabbie whined.

"Jackkk cmon lets go to the beach." She says dragging out his name with a pout on her lips. As she lays on her back on her bed.

"Alright alright. We'll go in just a sec." He replies with a giggle. "Let me just get Isla, I know she'll want to come."

"Yeah, okay thats cool." Gabbie replied flopping back down onto her bed on her back.

He runs back in with flip flops on and a beach shirt. He grabs his black LA hat and puts it on backwards. He finds some sunglasses on the dresser and puts them on upside down. As Gabbie is laughing and watching this fiasco go down he turns around and makes a weird face. Gabbie laughs as she gets up and takes the glasses off of him.

"These are mine doof" She replies as she walks out of her room putting them on her face. He stays in the room as his lips turn into an "o" shape. He laughs it off as he runs down to the front door where Isla and Gabbie were both waiting.

They get to the board walk as Isla pulls Jack over to the ice cream stand.

"Jackyy lets get ice creammmm!" Isla yells really loud in his ear.

"Alright alright, lets go." He says chuckling at his little sister.

They get their ice cream, Isla got a double chocolate swirl with brown sprinkles in a cone. Jack got vanilla swirl with colorful sprinkles in a cup, as Gabbie got both chocolate and vanilla swirl with brown sprinkles in a cone. They all made their way to the beach.

As soon as Isla's feet hit the sand she lets go of Jack's hand and runs to a spot kind of isolated from everyone else. Jack walks over and asks "Here?" As he raises his eyebrow in question.

"Here!" Isla replies with a huge smile on her face. Gabbie chuckles as she sees Isla has chocolate ice cream all over her face.

"Okay, go wash off in the ocean Isla you look crazy" Jack replies laughing at her. "Me and Gabbie will be right back, we will get the blankets and chairs and stuff, okay?" She nods as she runs towards the crashing waves.

Jack drops his head and shakes it as laughter escapes his lips. He looks back up at Gabbie as both of them have now finished their Ice cream and he intertwines their hands. She looks up at him and smiles. He gives her a small smile back. Feeling so happpy with his life. What could get better than this? He questions while walking to the car.

Jack and Gabbie were just lying down in the sun while Isla was building a little sand castle a few feet away. Jack finally closed his eyes feeling relaxed. Just as he was starting to drift off he felt a freezing substance get all over his shorts and his face. He sucked in a fast breath and yelped in shock. He sat up as he pulled his sun glasses off to see both Isla and Gabbie laughing their butts off. He smirked as a thought came to mind. He grabbed Gabbie by the legs and started running towards the ocean. Isla watched from afar still laughing.

"JACK NO STOP PUT ME DOWN!" Gabbie yells as she's hanging upside down with her head looking at the back of his legs.

"Never princess. You got me soaking wet, it's your turn." He replies with a smirk. Before she could get another word out she's thrown into the cold dark blue water. Its taking her a long time to get up.. Jack thinks. He starts getting worried but before he could go down to get her he's thrown into the water all over again as he sucked in a breath before the water took over. Eventually both of their head's  were above the water and they were standing inches apart. Both hands were intertwined with eachothers as they started leaning in. (This is it. They are gonna have a romantic kiss omg!- you thought😏)
