Ch.1 Wanting a New Adventure

Finally . . . The monsters are on the surface. Humanity has accepted these creatures. But however, there are still some humans who do not. Undyne and Alphys started dating recently. They have their own apartment together. Sans and Papyrus have their own house in the same neighborhood as you, Toriel, and Asgore. Toriel has forgiven Asgore and they themselves have reunited. Chara has finally rest in peace. Asriel, got a SOUL. Alphys somehow was able to create a SOUL so Asriel wouldn't have to be a heartless flower anymore. He also lives in the same house with you and your new parents. Asriel is like a little brother to you. You two sure get along well. And Mettaton, well, he became famous. He lives in a big house far away, but not too far. Mettaton is so famous right now, the whole world probably knows his name already! And it's only been 5 days since monsters have joined the humans on the surface. Everyone you knew had their own life now. Alphys is one of the most smartest, famous scientists. Toriel is the best, most kind and helping teacher at a school she also owns. Undyne became the P.E coach at Toriel's school. Papyrus's cooking skills are very advanced now so he works as a chef at a 5 star restaurant. Asgore just stays home, gardening. And Sans, well, he just stays home napping all the time. You and Asriel like to play and explore a lot. It was summertime so there was no school. You and every other kid had only one month left before school starts. You and Asriel couldn't wait to start school. You two have never been to school before. But you and Asriel weren't the only ones eager for school. Toriel and Undyne were too. It's only been 5 days on the surface, and everyone was already becoming so successful and famous here. Joy, happiness, and peacefulness is what you feel right now. You SAVED hundreds of monsters. Your journey is over. No more underground. Now, you wanted to know what would happen next. You wanted to start a new adventure right now! So you stopped thinking and got up from your bed. It was only 9:00am. Opening the closet, you got a black t-shirt, dark purple jacket, dark gray leggings, and your black and white sneakers. About 5 minutes later, you were dressed. You walk over to your window and peek through the blinds. It was all rainy and dark. It looked really cold so you turned around to go grab your light purple scarf. Toriel had made it for you when you were still in the underground. Then you went into the bathroom to do your morning routine. Brush your teeth and hair, etc. You then open your door and head downstairs quietly. Everyone was still sleeping so you didn't want to wake them up. Heading outside, you close the front door and start walking on the sidewalk. Brrrr, it was so cold out here that you could see your own breath. Feeling the cold soft raindrops fall on your head, you pull your hood over your head and keep walking. Then soon enough, you were outside of the neighborhood. Some thunder could be heard and quick flashes of lighting were shown from behind the dark gray clouds. It then started to rain a bit harder. You were looking everywhere for a place to go explore, or a problem that needed to be fixed. A car suddenly drove right passed you. Water from the streets were splashed onto you. Great . . . Now your clothes were all wet and a bit muddy. Luckily it wasn't a lot though. 10 minutes of walking, you found a gas station. You decided to go look around inside the store for a snack because you then remembered you has a few bucks on you. Entering the small store, a small little jingle noise was heard and that alerted the cashier. A sweet, loving female voice was heard from the cashier. "Welcome! If you need any help finding anything just let me or another worker know!!" You nod as an 'okay' and gave a small smile. Then a few seconds later you walked into the last aisle, knowing thats where all the good candy was at. It was so quiet and peaceful in here. There was about 2 to 3 workers walking around with boxes and filling the empty shelves with whatever was in the box. And about 4 people were there buying things. No monsters in here.. Looking down, you saw some skittles and grabbed them. And before you could do anything else, the door was harshly kicked opened and a strong but deep male voice spoke. "PUT YOUR HANDS UP!!" He stated, pointing a gun to all the people but the cashier. Everyone was scared and in shock. They did exactly what they were told. Your heart was pounding in your chest. This even made you drop your candy but you didn't put your hands up. You were short enough where the shelves towered over you so you were sure the man didn't see you. But you could see him through a small gap between two snacks that sat there on the shelf. Then, the man turned and pointed to the cashier and threw a bag on the counter. "PUT ALL THE MONEY IN THERE!" She gulped hard and quickly obeyed. Her shaky hands, opening the cash register and grabbing whatever money was in there. You knew that you just had to do something! So without thinking, you stepped out from your hiding spot and shouted. "STOP IT!! LEAVE EVERYONE ALONE!!!" This made the man mad. He turned his focus from the cashier to you and glared. Then he pointed his gun at you. "Oh... You think you can stop me? You weak pathetic little sh*t. Welp, time to say goodbye.." Less than a second later, the mans SOUL came out and turned blue. "And what do you think you're doing..?" That voice... You knew it was... Sans!! You smiled knowing that once again, Sans had came to the rescue. A few seconds later the cops showed up. Someone who was also hiding behind a shelf had called the cops while everyone was distracted. Sans brought the man to the police. Everyone was so relieved. All that was heard now was chattering from the people and the cop sirens. You looked at Sans and gave him a big smile. He looked back and gave a very disappointed look. Then he walked over grabbing your arm and basically dragged you out the little store. Then he spoke. "What the HELL were you thinking!?!?" The smile on your face faded and you looked down. "I just wanted to go explore.." You replied honestly. Sans sighed. "You know you're not allowed to go out by yourself! . . . Look, I'm sorry I got mad. But you could've got killed!" Sans was then about to keep lecturing until you interrupted him. "How did you know I left and that I was here?" You say with curiosity in your voice. "I happened to see you from my window. And I knew where you went because I followed your muddy footprints. Even though the rain kind of washed them away, they were still pretty visible. But anyways, let's just get you home..." You and Sans then begin to walk home. Nothing being said between you two.

Wow! 1241 words!! This first chapter took about 30 minutes to make! Im pretty proud of this. I hope you guys are all enjoying this as much as I am uwu
