"Yeah you did." They all spun around to look at Josie. "I thought you were my friend, Diana."
"You were never nice to Anne." Diana said.
"So? She's an orphan." Josie stepped closer to the group.
"What if you were an orphan?" Diana said, stepping up to Josie. "How would you feel if everyone was rude to you?"
"I don't know, because I'm not an orphan." Josie looked ready to fight. Anne nervously looked away, while the other girls scowled at Josie, especially Diana and Ruby.
"So?" Diana said. "Doesn't mean you couldn't have been."
Josie turned away, walking back to the school. The girls smiled and started walking down to the hideout, when Josie returned with Billy.
