Chapter 15 - I love you

Y/n's P.O.V
After school 1/f/n and 2/f/n wanted to walk me home and of course I said yes because they're my friends. We were laughing and giggling until I heard a familiar sound. We all saw Dark standing in front of us 5 feet away.

"Y/N RUN!! LETS GO!" 2/f/n panicked grabbing my wrist. 1/f/n grabbed out her phone and called the police.

"No guys! Wait! Watch.." I trailed off.

"He isn't what you think." I said. I walked up to Dark calmly when 2/f/n let go of me. Darks eyes looked softly at me.

"Hi." I said still smiling. He was about to say something but cars pulled up near by and we're surrounding us.

"Put your hands in the air! Surrender now and hand the girl over! Or we'll shoot!" A woman called out. Dark growled and held me close to him. The rest of the cops got their guns out.

"Don't shoot! He doesn't mean any harm!!" I yelled to them but it was too late. They missed him and the bullet grazed the side of my head enough to knock me out. Before I fell into darkness I saw Dark looking at me worryingly.

Author's P.O.V
Dark looked at Y/n worryingly before she passed out, Dark felt his rage building inside of him. He looked up from Y/n and glared at the person who knocked Y/n out. He was about to charge after them but instead a net was threw onto him. He roared in anger and tried to tear it apart.

Someone shot him with a tranquilizer dart in the back of the neck. And he fell asleep still holding Y/n.

-the next day-
Back to Y/n's P.O.V
I looked around the room, I realized 2 seconds later that I was in a hospital bed and I was in a hospital dress. I saw 1/f/n and 2/f/n next to me beside the bed.

"What happened?" I asked.

"I called the cops after I saw the monster, and I took you to the hospital after because of the bullet grazing your head and to check if the monster hurt you."
1/f/n explained.

"What? Where is he? Is he ok?" I asked desperate to know where he was.

"He's being killed at r/p/o (random place outside), don't worry, you're safe now." 2/f/n said smiling at me warmly. I tossed the blanket off of me and I pulled the cord off of my arm and started running to the exit of the hospital.

"Ma'am you can't go out there!" A nurse said trying to catch up with me. I ran faster for her not to catch up with me. I didn't even care what I was wearing, I just needed to get to him before he gets killed. When I got there I saw Dark with at least 3 strong chains on him so he wouldn't get away and his neck was on a wooden block. I realized that if I don't stop him it was just going to be like the early memory. A man was about to swing the axe but I stopped him.

"WAIT!!" I yelled catching their attention. Everyone turned their heads towards me. Dark took the chance and ripped the chains off of him. He ran to me picking me up and carrying me. He ran to the forest. I clutched onto him not wanting to let go.

He stopped running and put me down. I smiled up at him and hugged him.

"I love you." I whispered. He hesitated but hugged back.

"I love you too."
