ETHAN'S POV

I entered my Math's class to see an annoyed teacher standing by a table "Mr. Anonymous, you're late" he stated "the names Ethan, Ethan Ramsey" I told him "and unfortunately there aren't any signs in the hallways showing where our classes are.." I said "OK then Mr. Ramsey, please take a seat" I nodded and looked ahead to find a seat. As I scanned the room, my eyes landed on a guy with a smirk plastered across his face, I smiled and went to sit next him, "pay up" he said while putting his hands in front of me, I put the 100 dollar bill in his hands and he looked at it like he was a kid on Christmas opening gifts, I shook my head while smiling at the silliness of my brother and paid attention to the annoying teacher...

ALEXA'S POV

I barged into the classroom, panting, and putting my hands on my knees as I bent down, as the teacher was about to speak, I hold up a finger, signaling to give me some time as I sighed I faced the teacher "I'll let it slide this time, Miss Cooper as this is the only time you've been THIS late.." he said "yeah, thanks, Mr Jefferson. You see it isn't my fault my cat had to die at my school timings" I smiled at him and went to take my seat, oh the usual one, at the back, alone...

Recess

The bell rang and the class was almost empty, I stayed put in my chair as I read my book,my headphones in, not hungry (as usual), when two guys came up to me, waving their hands in front of me, I took of my headphones "yes?" I asked politely "hey, didn't you hear the bell?" one of them asks, the tall one.. "no,yeah, yeah, I did, it's just that I am not really hungry so I just decided to stay here... But thanks for asking, it shows that you really care unlike those who just run out of the door as the bell rings not caring to see if no one's dead" I laugh at the end (I am so funny), "yeah, well, we'll leave you alone now" the other one says and walks out with the tall one following behind, and i continue to read my book, alone...
