Chapter 8- The Final Battle and Birth

Recap: "Easy now little guy, you don't want to hurt you mom right?" I whispered, I felt the baby kick inside like it heard me and slowly started to calm down. Right when the baby calmed down I heard the door slam open turning my heard to the door I saw everyone, their eyes widened as their mouths dropped to the floor seeing the white energy cubes around slowly fading.

"so, that goes our theory," Charmy said

"Oh! Hey guys" I said trying to clear up the atmosphere, I turned my head towards Aurora seeing her passed out on my shoulder 'the baby really did a number on her'

Sonic's POV

I laid Aurora down on the bed, covering her with a blanket I stood up and left the room with my friends. Once I closed the door I was confronted with questions left and right.

"What's the meaning of this Sonic?"

"Is she the enemy?"

"how does she have the same power as Infinite?" Finally having enough I shouted at them

"Hold on guys! One at a time!" Once everyone calmed down Tails then asked the one question that was on everyone's mind

"Is the baby Infinite's?" I sighed before nodding my head yes

"Yeah, it is" I then started to explain what happen to her to them. When I finished everyone had a sad expression on their faces

"I can't believe Infinite would do that to her" Silver sadly said, looking down

"I just can't believe, Infinite can fall in love" Knuckles said,

 "what can we do to help her?" Amy asked

"Well, we have to keep Infinite away from her. Not that he is already looking for, as it is" Everyone nodded in agreement

"When is she due?" Shadow asked

"Any minute now, so we have to defeat Eggman as quickly as possible"

"We heard that he and Infinite are at the Eggman Empire Fortress, in the Imperial Tower. But who would watch her?" Knuckles asked, I thought about it 'it looks like we have no choice'

"We're going have to bring her along" Everyone gasped at my answer

"Are you nuts! She might give birth in the middle of the battle field. Not to mention Infinite is there!" Amy shouted in protest

"Thats why your going to guard her Amy, and if push comes to shove. You're going to have to deliver it"

"What! Why me!"

"Cause you're the only girl here," I said, and I was surprised everyone else agreed with me

"It's true Amy, and think of it as experence," Shadow said smirking, I was confused about that comment, but I saw Amy blushing

"Oh! Fine I'll do it" Amy agreed

"That's the spirit Amy, now let's go take down Eggman," I said

"Yeah!"

Third POV

At the BattleField

The resistance all stood ready to fight Eggman's army, while Amy and Aurora were standing on the side of the battle, Amy stood in front of Aurora protectively away from any enemies

"Thank you Amy, for doing this" Aurora said while placing her hand her stomach

"Anything for a friend" Amy replied as she turned her head and smiled at her. Aurora softly smiled back and watched the battle unfold
