Kalin P.O.V.

"Hey Leech," I walked into Nicole and Aliche's room to find her sitting on her phone.

She looked up and smiled at me, "Hey Kalin. What's up?"

"We haven't spent much time together lately. Can we hang out later today? Just me and you."

Her face lit up and turned a light shade of red, "Yeah, I'd really like that. What time?" She looked at the clock on the nightstand dresser.

"I'll come and get you around five. Sound good?"

She nodded her head quickly. I left her room and went back to the others, who were in my room.

"What did she say?" asked Nicole jumping up from Myles's lap.

I smiled sheepishly, "She said five sounds perfect. So you need to go out with her now, Nic."

"We're gone," she winked and ran out of the room.

"So what are you going to do?" asked Myles.

"I was thinking a picnic in the park."

"Oh!" interrupted Sam. "There is this beautiful picnic park not far from here. Its just grassy hills. Mainly couples go there, because there is no playground, so not many families with kids go."

Myles and I exchanged a look of confusion and then turned to Sam, "I lived here during my, um, travels."

We nodded our heads, "That sounds really nice, Kalin. Now all you need is food and you're set."

"Well let's go. I've got a date to prepare for."

Aliche P.O.V.

"This is really cute," said Nicole holding up a sleeveless white dress.

"It is, but what would you buy it for?" I asked kind of impatiently. We've been hanging around the mall for hours doing pointless shopping. The only thing I bought was a pair of nude flats and that's because Nic basically forced me to buy them.

"You don't need to be so rude, Aliche," she laughed.

"Well you dragged me here for three hours and I have to get back to the hotel and get ready for my date with Kalin."

"Date?" Nicole raised an eyebrow.

I felt the temperature in my cheeks rise, "Did I say date? I meant...best friend time."

"Sure," she lifted the dress up, "wear this on your 'best friend time' with Kalin."

"No, I already have clothes," I disagreed with buying the dress, but I couldn't help but stare at it. It was gorgeous, but it was a little plain. I have a light brown rope belt that would go perfectly with it and my new shoes.

No, no, you are not buying the dress.

"What if you also wore this?" Nicole went to another rack of clothes and picked out a jean jacket with brown designs on the pockets. It would be perfect.

I looked at Nicole and rolled my eyes, smiling. She laughed and handed me the outfit to go pay for it.

By the time we got back to the hotel, I only had an hour to get ready. The boys were gone, so it was just me and Nic. I got in the shower and used a wonderfully smelling Lavender body wash. It was part of a pack so I also used the shampoo. I got out of the shower and wrapped myself in a towel. Nicole volunteered to do my hair and I knew there was no point in arguing with her. After I dried myself off and put on Lavender scented lotion, she started my hair. She blow dried and straightened my normally wavy, long, brown hair. Then she curled the ends. I put on the dress and wrapped the belt around my waist. I put on a light cover of foundation and some mascara and eyeliner. I didn't want to wear too much makeup because I know how much Kalin hates it.
