Keith and Lance actually got together because of the other paladins! They liked each other, but supposedly had a huge "rivalry". Later on, the voltron gang handcuffed Keith and Lance together, and they told each other their feelings. When they un cuffed them, the other paladins were shocked (S H O O K) to how better this situation went then how they imagined it would go.
