She stood on the rooftop looking down at the silent street below. The cool night wind blew through her long blonde hair, as she heard thunder booming above her head, threatening for rain. Her sapphire blue eyes shimmered in the moonlight.

‘It’s probably about two thirty by now,’ she thought. ‘Where is he?!’

She had her bag of arrows strapped to her back. Her bow in hand, her sword at her side, and a knife strapped to her high right thigh. Her flat but brown knee high boots wrapped around her legs as they clung to her black silk stockings and held by magic to never once fall.

Her brown battle armor skirt stopped a few inches above her knees. The battle shirt was light, but also slightly thin. It had no sleeves and connected to the armor on her arms. The armor on her arms was light and like a thin rope that wraps all along your arm. The ropes, which weren’t even ropes at all, held star shaped throwing daggers, small knives, or whatever you wanted to place in it.

Suddenly, she heard movement down in the streets below. She grabbed an arrow quietly and quickly, and took aim as she scanned the streets.

At first, there was nothing, but then, it moved. She kept her eyes locked on the alley. Then, she saw, in the darkness, there was a figure hiding in the shadows. The figure looked like it was only 5’7 feet tall. She couldn’t tell its species, but it was defiantly a male.

She didn’t want to give away her position just yet, so she stood as still as possible with her bow aimed in the direction of the alley.

Then, it appeared.

The figure slowly stepped out of the alley. She could easily tell by its ears that it was an elf.

His eyes were a piercing blue, and they sparkled in the moonlight. He wore a jacket with a hood, but she could tell that his hair was black and stopped around his neck. At his side were two swords. He had no arrows strapped to his back and no bow either. His pants were slightly baggy, but only enough for him to move around in.
