Prussia always uses 'y'all' when talking to multiple people. This is because he got confused when he was training America during the Revolution, who started saying 'y'all'. When he asked America about it, he said it's kinda like the German equivalent to 'ihr', which is a plural 'you'.
Of course, now he knows that he can still use 'you' when speaking to multiple people, but he still does it to annoy people.
