Chapter 8

About 45 minutes of endless walking and a ton of random talk  about cereal, I see three cars in the diatance coming our way.

"Uh hey guys who is that?" I ask slowly

"Just aplh- I mean Maddox and some other guys ,we mind lin- I mean called them to come pick us up a few minutes ago" A guy I think his name is Grayson says to me

I picked up in his stutters which kinda made me wonder what the he'll he meant by that but right now I'm tired and my feet hurt so I'm just not gonna worry about it.

"I never seen you pick up a phone when was this?"Bellatrix says and I agree. "Yea this whole time you fools have been talking about some stupid cereal when everyone knows fruity pebbles are the best."

"Um who the fuck are you and how dare you say that those nasty ass cereals is better than Coco Puffs." Alex says then Anthony backs him up
"Yea Alex is definatly right on this one his cereal was really good."

Alex's eyes go wide with rage "Oh yea you little fucker you still owe me some fucking cereal. You knew those were mine and yet your little punk ass ate them!"

I tune them out ,as the cars are right infront of us parking in the middle of the dirt road.

Maddox steps out of one and two dudes I've never seen before get out of the other ones.

I look back at Maddoxs' face and see that he is surprised. I open my mouth and as I'm about to ask a sarcastic question his voice fill the air .

"How the fuck did you get them to follow y'all back? When I took them they sprayed  me with hair spray and beat me with a fucking high heel shoe?!"

I laugh "Good times haha"

He only glares at me "You know what I dont care all of you get in the cars were going back."

Who does he think he his demanding me the almighty Vesper to get in a car with him ?

"Ok punk ass, how about no." I say in attempt to rile him up. It worked

I see his eyes flash from black back to its ocean blue in a millisecond. Again making me question if it was really there. But I know this time it was real considering thats the second time it happened.

I guess I zoned out in my thoughts because when I came back to the real world Maddox himself was standing right infront of me.

Instinctivley my brain comes up with a stupid comment in attempt to make him even more mad.

"Back up I don't wanna smell that nast ass breath of yours."

And what do ya know.....it worked.

This time his eyes flash black and stay there. I gasp. I think i know what's wrong with this guy.ive seen enough movies and read enough books to know that..... hes possessed by a fucking demon! So I do what all of the people in the movies do.

I throw my hands together making a cross with my fingers and scream.

"THE POWER OF CHRIST COMPELLS YOU BITCH" Then I proceeded to punch this demon in the face with my holy hands.

I look up to see all the boys gaping at me.

"What?"

"You are one crazy bitch...I like you so your definatly replacing alex as my bestie" Anthony says and those words make me exited  so I run up to him and jump into his arms in a position with him carrying me like a child.

"Anthony put her down now." I hear from behind so so I turn and see a very angry Maddox staring Anthony right in the eyes.

"Yes alpha" and suddenly I'm lowered to the ground.
