My hero

"You disgust me. Get out of this household now." Enji said in a stern voice. "Y-you can't just kick him out like this, Enji! He's your son! It doesn't matt-" Rei's sentence was cut off by her husbands booming voice "I WILL NOT HAVE A FAGGOT SON!" Enji bellowed in anger as he turned his head and scowled at his wife, only to turn his head back to his son before him. "I said leave, now." Enji stated.

Todoroki was standing before his father with his own scowl on his face. He clenched his fist tightly, his nails digging deep into his white hands that it drew blood. "I have always hated you. You disgust me. I can't believe a shithead like you is the #2 hero." Todoroki spat at his so called 'father', his voice laced with complete and utter disgust. Enji's eyes widened in suprise a bit, before his face scrunched up in anger. He brought his fist back, then connected his clenched hand straight to Todoroki's stomach. "You have no right to talk! You're a complete and utter disgrace to this family! Now get out of my sight, you worthless piece of shit!"

Todoroki stumbled back as his eyes widened in pain. He refused to show pain in front of the man he despised the most. The blow was enough to make his dinner come up, but he forced himself to swallow it and force it back down. Todoroki took in a couple of breaths, keeping a arm wrapped around his stomach. He looked up at Enji with a rage filled face. "I hate you.." he mumbled before spitting in his face. With that, Enji was enraged.

"You will always be a disgrace. Never come back to this house again, you got that? If i ever see your faggot face again i won't hesitate to do the same thing to you as i did right now. Now go off and be the faggot you are." Enji said, leaving a bruised and battered Todoroki outside. With a slam of the front door, Enji disappeared from sight.

Todoroki slowly rised to his feet, panting heavily as he could feel his body start to burn in pain. "I'm glad i won't be here again.." he spat before limping off.

Shouto made his way to the bridge, he looked over the edge, seeing just how far down the fall would be. He began to think. Am i really going to end it like this? Am i really choosing this route? Shouto's eyes narrowed for a moment. Of course i am.

He slowly climbed on the edge, his knees bending as he tried to stay balanced. Taking a deep breath, he stood straight and looked out across the deep and dark water. What was the point anyway? He thought. No one at school ever talked to him, his father hated his guts and kicked him out of his house, he had no friends whatsoever, besides, no one would accept a gay like him.

So, with tightly shut eyes, he leaned forward, to be accepted into paradise.

Midoriya POV

There was something nagging at me, telling me to go outside. I had decided i'd just go for a walk. It was nice out at night and in my apartment it was hot, so, this was the perfect chance. I didn't wear much but my shorts, T-shirt, sweater and my signature red boots. Casual and perfect for a late night stroll. Maybe i could head to the brigde and gaze at the moonlit Lake, that sounds nice.

I shoved my hands in my pockets and began my journey, walking slow. I told my mom i'd be back in about an hour, so i have plenty of time to spare. The bridge wasn't too far either.

I didn't think i'd be running in a dead sprint, this was a peaceful relaxing walk. But my legs started to move on their own once i saw the male standing on the railing of the bridge ready to take his life.

Right before his feet left the edge, i wrapped my arms around his lower half and pulled him back with so much force that it brought both of us tumbling to the ground.

Todoroki's POV

Right before i was about to fall, i felt strong muscular arms wrap around me and pull me back. I landed with my back first on top of this stranger. I slowly sat up, then moved myself off him. The boy then sat up as well, it looked like he scraped his elbows in the fall, but he didn't seem bothered by it. I was so focused on his face. The freckles splattered across his cheeks, his big round eyes, perfect pink lips and fluffy green curly hair. His face was illuminated by the moonlight, which made him look stunning. I broke out of my trance once he started yelling at me. "Are you crazy!? You were really just about to throw away your life right there!?" he exclaimed, his eyebrows creasing together as he did so.

I lowered my head in shame, as i bit my lip, trying to stop the tears i knew were threatening to fall. "Whats the point.. I have nothing to live for. Why.. Why did you save me!" I yelled as i snapped my head up and looked at him with tears welling up in the corners of my eyes. His face softened for a moment, before he reached out and pulled me into a tight embrace. "No one deserves to die, especially by taking their own life away. Whatever you're dealing with, let me help you from now on. I know i may be a stranger, but i feel the need to help you with everything i can muster. So please, it'll be okay."

My multicolored eyes widened in shock. I let the hot tears stream down my face as a somewhat choked back sob escaped my lips. I wrapped my arms around him next, as i cried uncontrollably. "Thank you." i muttered, digging my face into his shoulder. The green haired boy also shed some tears of his own, probably saddened at how vulnerable i was right now.

No one's POV

"Stay here for a second okay?" Midoriya said as he made his way to his mothers bedroom. He had asked her if his friend could stay over for a while since he was in need of a place to stay, Inko groggily agreed before going back to her sleeping.

"We don't have a spare room, but you can sleep in my bedroom. I don't mind." Midoriya said as he  opened the door to his room. Todoroki stared in awe at all the merchandise Midoriya had of the hero from a TV series All might, though he didn't comment anything on the topic.

Midoriya turned to him and rubbed the back of his neck. "I know, it's pretty childish to have all of this. But, All might's my idol even if he's fictional." he stated with a blush. Todoroki only shook his head "I think it's cool, actually." Midoriya's eyes widened before he gave a bright smile, in which Todoroki swore he could feel butterflies in his stomach.

As of now, Midoriya and Todoroki were sitting next to eachother on the bed. "I realize that we never shared our names." Midoriya stated as he looked at the half and half male. "Izuku Midoriya." Midoriya stated. "Shouto Todoroki."

"I wanted to wait a while to ask this but.. Why?" Midoriya asked Todoroki. Todoroki looked at him, raising an eyebrow in the process. "Why? Why did you attempt to take your life back there?" Midoriya asked.

The half and half male's eyes widened for a moment, before lowering his head down and avoiding eye contact. "Earlier that night, i came out as gay to my family. They happily accepted me except for my.. Father. He kicked me out but also abused me before he did, but it was my fault for talking back that i got beaten, but even if i don't he'd still abuse me. He's abused me since i was little, and abused my mother and siblings too. I guess i couldn't take it anymore. I finally lost all hope. I had no one to turn to since i don't have any friends at all. I really was ready to take my life if you hadn't stepped in and saved my pathetic ass." Todoroki finally finished. Midoriya stared at him with emerald eyes that were filled with sadness. Midoriya then pulled him into a tight hug, Todoroki's face planting straight into Izuku's muscular chest. "I promise you, you won't have to endure that pain any longer. I'm your friend now, and i'll be here to help you, theres no doubt in that." Midoriya said sincerely. Todoroki hugged back just as tight, maybe even tighter. "Thank you, Midoriya.. Thank you so much."

It wasn't long before the two fell asleep in each other's embrace. Neither seemed to mind, Todoroki especially.
Shouto clung onto Midoriya before he opened his eyes, looking at the green haired male. "My hero.." Todoroki whispered, before shifting his body so his head rested on Midoriya's chest.
