WHATCHU NEED: •photo of your character •skills
Step 1: Open PicsArt > Draw > Creat new > Draw on image > select the photo.
Step 2: select the brush and adjust it whether you want it to be and then start to outline your character

Step 3: After you out line the character tap layer and then add another layer and drag the empty layer at the bottom of your outline layer(top layer) where you put your drawing. This is for your background(layer 3)

Step 4: in the empty layer choose the bucket under it and then choose a color for your background after that tap the check button.

Step 5: Choose add layer again and add another empty layer where you will put the color for your vector(layer 2)
