WHAT YOU NEED:
•Photo of your Character

STEP 1: Open Picsart > Choose Edit > Choose Your Photo

STEP 2: Tap effects and then magic

STEP 3: You can choose any effects but mine will be "Soul"

STEP 4: Tap the erase button above your screen

STEP 5: Choose the invert button (the one with the circle thingy) and choose the brush

Put your brush hardness to 💯%

STEP 6: Start adding strokes to your photo

STEP 7: After that apply and then go back to the main menu

STEP 8: Choose draw and the adjust your brush make rhe opacity to 100%

STEP 9: After that draw lines at the outer part of the stroke to create a border

STEP 10: And then your done! Add some designs, fonts, etc!
