Àlagbe  ókoo... mi,
The brave hunter of Kajola village.
Àlade órii mi paa paa,
You captivate my soul with the burning desires of your intelligence.
Your broad chest is the comfort I seek.
Your breath warms me up like the
fire from Sango's mouth.
Your lips tastes like palmwines,
Which refreshes my temple
You adorn my neck with beautifully
made ìleke ìyun.
Àlagbe mi ówon, òmo Ówoade
The vibrant amongst his peers.
Let's dance to the beats of Gangan,
the talking drum.
Àlagbe ólolufe mi,
The man after my own heart.
Let's sit under the moon light,
professing our love for each other.
May Èledumare bless you for me.
Èni bii okan mi, let's wine
and dine in the love that envelopes us.
