Personality: Eccentric, pouty, reckless, usually snobby, self obsessed, know-it-all, (very similar to Natsuki from DDLC), realist, very childish. Voice: Gaz Membrane from Invader Zim Quirks: Incredibly powerful for her age, but doesn't use her abilities properly, but uses them recklessly for fun. Her powers include sprouting fairy wings, shrinking herself into a fairy, making flowers bloom, & the manipulation of powerful neon magic.
