Your point of view

I was currently sitting at a coffee shop looking through the Kira case with L, who sat across from me. His team had asked me to join them on the investigation. I gladly excepted. Over the time that I have spent with them We have found out so much and I have grown to like L very much. More like a huge crush on him but decided it would be best to put aside these feelings.

3rd pont of view

You were lost in thought until you realized L was calling your name. You looked up at him. "You seem a bit off today..", he said staring into your soul. "O-oh it's nothing just thinking too much", you replied not wanting to make eye contact so you looked out the window. "Tell me i know something is bothering you", he said. You shook your head refusing to tell him. He was still staring at you,putting his finger on his lip trying to think. You looked at him and saw he hasn't ate any of his strawberry cake yet which is as odd but he'll eat his cakes the second he gets it. "It's good to make eye contact while talking, now tell me", he said bluntly. "Alright, I've been thinking about this investigation and well what if we don't find him and I have some suspicion that-", you were cut off. "That's not it it's something else.", he saw right through you. You sighed knowing that he won't give up. "..y-your the reason why I've been thinking, I know we are in the middle of something serious but I can't help but to think of you. It's like.....I'm in love with you and i know saying that won't mean anything when we all turn into ash and our world will be gone someday but I'm in love with you....", you looked down looking like a blushing mess.

Your point of view

He didn't say anything, what if he doesn't feel the same way. Oh god I can feel the tears coming. I got up and apologized leaving without looking at him. I arrived at my hotel and opened the door kicking off my shoes and slamming the door. Why does this hurt so much? I fell on to my bed and began sobbing. Darkness consumed me and I fell asleep. I woke up to the sound of knocking but didn't want to get it but they kept on knocking. I opened the door annoyed but was taken back by seeing L in a suit and had candy in his hands. This wasn't like him at all. "Can we talk..?", he asked will scratching the back of his neck. I moved away from the doorframe to let him in. He came in and put the chocolates on the table. "Uh i came to apologize....you see i haven't had any experience in love or anything like that so when you said that I didn't know what to do and felt bad. I looked up on what to do because I feel the same way about you and I want you to know but didn't know how.......but what I'm trying to say is that..I love you too", he said with pink of his cheeks. Damn now I feel dumb. I hugged him and looked up at him apologizing for storming out early. He gave me a passionate kiss. It was sweet and gentle."wow I never knew I could love something more than sweets", he said. I giggled.

3rd point of view

Days went by and the more you guys were near each other the more you both fell in love. He would always do sweet things when no one was looking and even gave you some of his candy.

You ran inside the building, it was really raining a lot out there. You were currently trying to find L because you had something important to tell him. Suddenly sirens started going off you ran to the main room because something was obviously wrong. Once you arrived everyone was gathered around L. You saw watari on the screen struggling. You gasped. Soon he died and right after that L stopped and was frozen. You ran over to him as he fell from his seat. You caught him and looked directly in your eyes. "No L it's gonna be okay I love you stay with us!", you said not wanting to believe what was happening. He started to relax and you knew he died. You hugged him sobbing. You wished you still had him.
