I was staring at Kayla with shock “Sole mates.” I said staring at her. Kayla nodded and smiled lightly.

I shook my head “You barely know him!” I yelled at her, Kayla was shrugging.

I pointed to the bed “You can put her there.” I said.

When Lance placed her on the bed and left I walked towards Kayla “You barely know him!” I repeat to her.

Kayla’s eyes goes fierce “You have no right to say that he’s not right for me! Because know what?” she yelled.

I shook my head “What?” I said.

Kayla looked down “You barely know Mason! So how is that any different?” she yelled louder.

I sat next to her “Shush, someone will here you.” I whispered.

-Kayla’s POV-

Alexis was making me so mad right now! She is saying I barely know Lance, its true but she barely knows Mason!

It was two hours after the fight and Alexis decided to sleep on the floor, so every time I needed medicine for my foot I had to try to get it myself.

I was lying in the bed staring at the dark ceiling when I felt the burn in my foot again; I groaned and reached my arm over for the bottle of medicine.

I ended up knocking it over; I groaned and reached my arm down. I slipped off the bed onto the ground with a loud bang. I was surprised Alexis didn’t wake up, unless she was awake and she just didn’t want to help.

I laid there not knowing what to do until I heard the door creak open “Are you ok?” a voice asked worried. I groaned and turned to see it was Lance walking towards me, I nodded.

“I’m fine.” I answered as he picked me up off the ground; I hung onto him so I wouldn’t fall.

He looked down at me “Why is Alexis on the ground?” he asked, I shrugged my shoulders.

I looked down “She got mad at me so she slept down there.” I said pointing to where she was laying.

He nodded and placed me on the bed, when he covered me up he grabbed the medicine bottle off the ground. He opened it and handed me a pill “Here” He said also handing me a glass of water.

I nodded and took the pill, washed down with water “Thanks,” I said after I was done. He started walking towards the doo “Wait.” I said in loud but still quiet voice.

 He turned “Yeah?” he asked.

I looked at the blankets “Can you sleep in here?” I asked.

He made me feel safe so I wanted him in here “Shure” He answered “I’ll make a bed on the” he didn’t finish “No, you can go here.” I said pointing to the other side of the bed.

He didn’t say anything he just laid on the other side and pulled the covers over him. The minute he was there it was easier to fall asleep.

I woke up to see headlights outside, turned to Lance who was sleeping peacefully. I didn’t want to wake him but I had to “Lance, wake up.” I said poking him.

He woke up and got up towards the window almost tripping over Alexis who was still sleeping.

He turned to look at me “I think its Masons brothers are here, but they brought someone with them.” He said walking out of the bedroom.

I laid back down and fell asleep.
