( time skip to a month later )
It's been a month since I told Jason and joe that I had cancer and I haven't been to school in a month so Jason and joe come and see me every day and I get to go home tomorrow and I'm so excited then suddenly I get a text from joe
(Text convo with joe)
Joe: hayyy
Me: hayy Joseph
Joe: how are you doing
Me: I'm doing good and I get to go home tomorrow
Joe: omg that's so exciting
Me: ik but I have some thing to tell you in person
Joe: ok I'll be there soon ok
Me : ok I love you
Joe: I love you too

Joe's POV
I go find Jason to go see y/n because she has something to tell me Jason there you are we need to go to the hospital to see y/n
Ok let's go joe said Jason
(Time skip)
We get to the hospital and go see your y/n and we go in and hug her and she hugs back
Jason can you please go get us some stuff to eat so I can tell joe something says y/n
Of course said Jason
*jason leaves*
Y/n POV
Joe umm well I don't know how to tell you this but i love you so much and I don't know what I would do with out you because you and Jason have been by my side every since I got sick and I love you so much for that
I love more than you know and if you die I will never be able to move on because your the love of my life and I love you so so so so much says joe
I move over so joe can sit with me
Joe come sit with me
Of course says joe
*joe comes and sits with me*
And I put my head on his shoulder and joe kisses my forehead I smile and start to fall asleep with my head on joe shoulder and it felt like I had everything I've ever wanted then I fall asleep
