I wake up and I see y/n crying so I ask
"Y/n name what's wrong"
Jason your dying y/n says crying
"Omg"
*I start crying*
Where's joe he's outside because he can't deal with the fact that he's going to lose his twin and everything y/n says
"Can you please go get him"
Of course Jason anything for you she says
Then kisses me on the lips
*joe opens the door*
"Omg joe I'm going to be ok"
Jay your dying joe says sadly
"Joe I'm going to be fine"
Jason you have two months to live because you have lung cancer like y/n joe says
"Omg I'm really not going to be ok"
*Joe and y/n hug me*
"What stage cancer"
Stage 3 y/n says
(Time skip a month later)
Y/n POV
"Hay jay how are you doing today"
Good I don't feel good today but other then that I'm good jay says
"Where's Joseph today"
He's sleeping because he has the flu Jason says
"I'm going to go see him because I have something to tell him"
"Hay joe I have something to tell you"
Omg y/n I have something to tell you too joe says
Joe I wanted to tell you that I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you
That's exactly what I was going to say joe says
I put my head on joe's shoulder and he kisses me and I start to fall asleep with the person that I love
