'Why would your professor have that blasted thing?' Peter asked Caspian as the three men stormed through the castle halls towards the professor's office.

'He took it after what happened at Aslan's How, believing it was too dangerous to be left behind, and curious about the object. He had hoped to examine it, but kept forgetting it, until he forgotten he had taken it altogether.

'So, do you plan to use it to fight of Manchez?' Edmund asked, honestly scared at the thought.

They entered the office.

'Of course not. I know that thing is pure evil, but I do believe we need to figure out a way to hide it. Keep it safe. We need to make sure it will never be used ever.'

'Well the best way to do that is to destroy it.' Peter cut in.

'Indeed it would be, your majesty.' The professor's voice chimed. 'But I do not know a way to destroy it, of which I can be certain it cannot be made undone. And until such a moment that we do know how to do so, I would assume hiding it is safer.'

Peter took a breath. 'Alright, that is a valid point.'

'I will immediately start my search to find out how to destroy this piece of Evil, Your Majesty.' The professor added quickly.

Peter nodded. 'Please do.'

The 3 kings left the professor's library together.

'So what is your opinion of our guest, Caspian?' Peter asked.

Caspian scoffed slightly. 'I do not like the way he looks at Queen Susan.'

Edmund and Peter chuckled slightly. 'I had a feeling you would say something like that.' Peter said.

'Is it that obvious?' Caspian said as he looked down. He knew Peter and Edmund were close to him, however he was still nervous to admit to them how much he loved their sister.

Peter put his hand on Caspian's shoulder. 'Caspian, believe me, everyone in our family knows about your feelings for Susan.'

'Except maybe Susan.' Edmund offered, resulting in another chuckle.

'And although we are protective of our sisters, we know that you are a good man, with a good heart and that we can trust you. If I would ever be able to approve of a man for Susan, it would be you, Caspian.'

Caspian smiled at Peter. 'Thank you, brother.' He said calmly. 'I promise I will not break your trust in me.'

Edmund smiled. 'Good.'

'I think we should watch our behaviour in the open parts of the castle.' Peter stated softly, as they walked towards a more open hallway.

Edmund nodded. 'I agree. Manchez came to see me not long ago, and although he tried to play it off as small talk, I know he was trying to pry into our business. He is also very offended by the idea of the Old kings and queens.'

Caspian looked at Edmund. 'Why?'

'He does not belief anyone without royal blood should get the crown, as well as believing that no woman should ever have a position of power.'

Caspian scoffed slightly. 'And he believes he has a chance with our Gentle Queen. He is in for a rough awakening.'

'Let's just be careful for a while and only discuss these manners in areas we know are truly private.' Peter said.
