Derek we have more important things to worry about. Like our lives?" Stiles told him.
Everyone was sitting in Derek's loft trying to figure out a plan of how to deal with this deadpool, but Derek was worried about other things.
"Yeah, Stiles has a point. Braeden is a mercenary, she can take care of herself. She got you out so I'm sure sh-" Scott started.
"That's the point. It's not that she cant take care of herself but she saved my life and I'd feel like shit if she lost hers because I wasn't there to save her." Derek said.
"He's kind of right. I mean we can work on this while he goes to rescue Braeden." Kira suggested.
"You're going by yourself?" Lydia asked.
"Yes." He said, putting on his leather jacket.
"You guys stay here where it's safe." He added, grabbing his things.
"Scott come here." Derek told him.
Scott got up from the floor, and walked to the door where Derek was.
"Yeah?" He questioned.
"If I'm not back be-" Derek started.
"Dude, you'll be back. We're fine. Just go get your girl." Scott patted his back.
"She's not my-" He started.
"Yeah. Okay." Lydia coughed.
"She's not." Derek's voice raised.
"Then why is your heart racing?" Malia asked.
"Whatever." Derek walked out the door.
"YOU BETTER GO GET YOUR WOMAN!" Stiles yelled.
...........................................................
"Braeden?" Derek whispered.
He ended going to all the places Kate's ever tortured him, landing deep within Beacon Hills.
"Braeden?" He whispered again.
"Braeden you in here?" He questioned.
"Derek?" A voice whispered back.
"Derek, I'm back here!" The voice added.
He found Braeden tied up in a chair, and immeadiately ran to her.
"Oh my God." He untied her and grabbed her face.
"Are you okay?" He asked, looking her over for injuries.
"Yeah I'm fine." She said.
"You came." She gave him a soft smile, completely shocked that he actually came to rescue her.
"Why wouldn't I?" He questioned, smiling back at her.
"Where's Kate?" He asked.
Braeden's face stiffened and she looked ahead of Derek.
"Oh don't stop on my account, this is cute." A familiar voice said.
"Kate don't." Derek said.
"No seriously, you guys are cute together and all but ..." Kate started.
"How does it feel to be me? To be my replacement?" She added.
"Shut up." Derek demanded.
"Get behind me." He told Braeden, getting his claws out.
"Derek don't, you're better than this." She told him.
"That coming from a mercenary?" Kate asked.
"Okay, let me at her." Braeden said, balling up her fist and running towards Kate.
Braeden punched her in the face and Kate fell to the ground.
"Anyone ever tell you, that you're a bitch?" Braeden asked.
Kate eyed Derek, and stood back up.
Kate's eyes changed, her teeth and claws revealed.
"Ah, ah, ah. Did you learn anything Kate?" Peter asked, picking her up by the throat.
"Why are you two still here? GO!" Peter said.
Derek grabbed Braeden and walked out of the building.
They stood side by side for a moment, and after not saying anything for a few moments Braeden grabbed Derek's shirt and gave him a peck on the cheek.
"Thank you." Braeden hugged him.
"For what? I didnt do anything." Derek said, shrugging it off as it was nothing.
"For everything. Means a lot that you came back for me." Braeden said, still in his arms.
"Well, only if it means a lot to you." Derek, gave her a small smile and slowly leaned in, kissing her lips.
She deepend the kiss by holding his head and opening her mouth wide enough for him to slip his tongue in.
"It does." She smiled against his lips.
