marlowe has always grown up as a shy girl and she's never had many friends because of it. she comes from a small family with just her parents and younger sister but she loves it because since it's just them it makes her feel like they have a closer bond with one another.
school has always been really hard for marlowe considering the fact that she was so shy and quiet. she would always get really nervous over things that wouldn't really bother other people much. she knew that her worries weren't normal and so she told her parents about what had been going on with her.
marlowe found out about her anxiety to the full extent when she was about fifteen. she went to see a doctor just to make sure and they guaranteed that she had anxiety. she has to take meds for it but not too much since they don't want her getting addicted to all the meds and possibly make her mental health worse than it already is.
marlowe is currently a senior in high school and is still a very quiet and shy girl. she has about only two friends that she talks to and hangs out with and she likes to keep it that way since she's most comfortable with them. she still struggles a lot with her anxiety but she is working and trying her best to hide it and control it the best she possibly can.
