I just waked into my new college dorm.This girl named Erika who is my room mate has a daughter that looks about a year old. I really want to get to know her and her daughter, I feel like we can become more than friends.
J-so Erika what's your daughters name
E-Zoey
J-that's a really nice name. Do you mind telling me why you have a kid
Erika tensed up
J-it's fine you don't have too
E-no I should, okay so about 2 years ago I went to a party with my friends, sunny and rocky who both go to this valleys as well. I didn't drink, but then when I went to go get a water someone pulled me into a closet
Her eyes started to water she took a deep breath and continued
E-it turns out then man who pulled me in there was actually my ex Blake. So when he pulled me into the closet he..he r-ra-raped me. then I got sick the next few weeks and that's when I figured out I was pregnant with Zoey. I couldn't get an abortion. I couldn't live with myself if I did.
She burst into tears I just pulled her into a tight hug and she slowly calmed down. I fell really bad about this. No one should have to go through this.
E-thank you, Jake for comforting me
J-no problem, just know I'm always here for you
