Elizabeth pov
"So why are you here? You're a pretty girl, shouldn't you be with your boyfriend or with some of your friends?" Jack asked me.
"Uhh well I don't have a boyfriend, nor any friends really." I say kind of embarrassed, everyone thinks I'm the girl who's obsessed with a fairytales... and now everyone thinks I'm a weirdo for being upset all the time.
They always ask, "what? Did your fake boyfriend dump you? What was his name? From that stupid book you always read? Ugh you're such a weirdo!""Oh, sorry." Jack said awkwardly.
"It's fine... wait! Is that a door!?" I ask, as I begin to run towards the door.
"Hmm funny, all my years living here I have never seen that door.."I go in the door, completely forgetting jack, and just head in.
"I'm I'm in my room... Wait! D-did I solve the labyrinth? Or was it all just... just a dream?"
I then shake my head, oh who cares I'm home!
"Dad! Karen! I'm home! I'm home!"
I yell as I run down stairs.
I got to the end of the stair case, to see my father and step mother Karen, cuddling on the couch.. Wait do that not know I'm gone.
"It's a real shame Elizabeth left." I hear my father say.
"Oh who cares honey, forget about her! Let's have a child of our own! And maybe it won't turn out like the disappointment like your other daughter."
"Hmm I guess we could try..." I hear my Mather say.I had tears rolling down my eyes, so they didn't really love me?
I quickly run upstairs.
As I open my door, I wasn't in my room I was at school.
"Hey Elizabeth! Oh why so sad? Did your labyrinth boyfriend dump you!? Hahaha! See even a made up character doesn't love you!"
At this point, tears wouldn't stop flowing out of my eyes... i wanted all of this to end!
"Stop! Please stop! I want this to go away!" I yell as I fall to my knees crying.
As I was crying, I heard an eco of foot steps.
I really don't want to think about it, until a hand touch my shoulder.
"Oh Elizabeth, such heartache you face... each and every day. Tell me, is it all worth it? Hmm? To solve my labyrinth? And for what? To go back to a place where no one loves you!?"
I hear the king say.
He then got to my level on the floor and whispered in my ear, "or stay here, where someone will love you..."
"N-no.... no!"
I quickly get up, out of his grasp, "you don't love me! You're just trying to distract me!"
I then see a door, and run to it."I'll never love you! And you will never love me!" I yell as I run.
I opened the door, to see it lead to nothing!
Nothing!
"What kind of sick joke is this!?" I ask the king, but to only find out he was gone.
"Ugh! I hate this! I hate this labyrinth! I hate all these puzzles! And I hate that stupid goblin king!" I yell as I kicked the door.
But as I kicked the door, I realized on thing, the back of the door, wasn't in this odd white room...
Wait! That's must mean....
I quickly walk into it, only to start falling once more.
