**Sunville University**
Mr Perez drove in his old Volkswagen car that gave him lots of troubles into the premises so he planned to buy a new car. He came down,picked up his files, stationery, glasses and just everything he needed for the day's work.
He is a lecturer in this private university. He gets paid well but has to fern for his family as the only breadwinner. Mrs Perez works as a housewife. His inability to get a new car instantly is hindered by family's demand so he saves money to do that. His two daughters cannot be put in this private university together because the fees are high here.
He locked his car and entered the school premises. He is greeted by several passersby, students, and junior lecturers. He approached his office door and wondered why it was not locked. He turned the doorknob open and was shocked at who was inside.
It was none other than the duchess Mrs Washington. Seated in all her glory in a royal blue kimono and white hat. She smiled at the sight of Mr Perez,stood up and went to shake him.
"Good morning Mr Perez!" ,she greeted happily like she had known him for ages.
"Uh.. Um.. Morn... Good morning duchess",Mr Perez stammered not out of fear but confusion.
" How are you doing? ",she asked.
" I'm doing well. How about you? ",he asked.
" I'm good also",she replied.
Mr Perez couldn't figure out what brought the duchess of England to his office. He sat on his seat.
"Have a seat",he offered.
" Thank you ",she smiled and sat down.
" Did you come with anybody? ",Mr Perez asked suspiciously.
" Obviously! But I told him to wait outside as I want to discuss privately with you. You're Mr Perez,I guess! ",she said.
" Yes duchess. You want to discuss privately with me about what? I hope you're informed I'm not a business man but a --",he was interrupted.
"...renowned lecturer" ,Mrs Washington added.
Mr Perez held a surprised look. Mrs Washington smiled at that.
"Actually nothing could have brought me down here except for the academics of my son",Mrs Washington poured out.
Mr Perez quickly knew where this discussion was heading to. Bribe. He thought she had come to bribe him to pass Cedric knowing he is very loose in his academics and doesn't like attending his class.
" Me and you know well he's down in his academics and need someone to lift him up again ",she pointed out.
" So? ",Mr Perez asked.
" So I've come here with a humble request for you to be my son's private tutor",Mrs Washington revealed.
Mr Perez scoffed. How on earth can she request this?
"What do you mean,duchess?" .
"I've search the history of this university and heard that you are an outstanding lecturer and have even won numerous awards", she pointed at the trophies that lined up in front of his shelves," in different fields of study so I want you to be my son's tutor,the payment is not a problem as I can afford any amount you charge", Mrs Washington said confidently.
"Alright I agree to being your son's tutor on one condition" ,Mr Perez propositioned.
Mrs Washington cocked one of her eyebrow in suspicion.
