Cedric's POV
The girl sleeping besides me became possessive of me. She held unto me like her life depended on me. I thought she was any ordinary girl you could just trade for sex but no,I was wrong. Right now her head laid on my chest. She was sleeping soundly in her skimpy bikini. I looked at her face and observed that even if she was pretty,she was not as pretty as when she wore makeup. Makeup is the secret behind her pretty face.
I exhaled deeply and tried to get out of the bed without waking Victoria up. I kept her head gently on my side before getting up from the bed.
I got ready to leave after changing into my clothes. Just when I was ready to go, Victoria's voice spoke from behind me,
"Don't think you can leave that way!".
I turned,"you're awake?".
"Since morning. I saw everything you did. You think you can leave just like that. That's too rude! Is that what you do to all other girls you sleep with?!".
I was confused at why she was ranting at me.
"I didn't know you're a sex worker. How much do I have to pay? Last night was enticing. Your body's really good to satisfy me. You're--".
"Shut up!!",Victoria shouted from the bed and got up forgetting that she's half naked," I'm not a sex worker as you think! ",she shouted.
It got on my nerves," then what are you?! ",I shouted back.
"Look...", she calmed down," I like you so much Cedric, sooooo much! I want you to date me,like for real",Victoria said more like pleading.
I scoffed, "Are you begging me to date you?" .
She flared up, "Cedric,please I love you,just give me a chance. Just date me at least once".
" No I choose who I want to date so it's not by force,okay? ",with that I left the hotel room,her reaction is not my business.
Meanwhile...
Mr Sylvan made his appearance at the vice Chancellor's office.
" Good afternoon sir",greeted the vice Chancellor.
"Good afternoon too",Mr Sylvan shook hands with him. He was offered a seat.
" Thank you. I want to see Cedric Washington immediately,is that possible?", Mr Sylvan requested.
"Yes sir" ,the vice Chancellor answered. He phoned and ordered Cedric to appear at his office as a matter of emergency.
In a few seconds,Cedric entered the office and in seeing Mr Sylvan he swallowed hard.
"You?" ,Cedric muttered.
"Have you lost your manners?" ,Mr Sylvan said sternly.
"Oh",Cedric realised," good ... ",he glanced at his golden wristwatch," ...afternoon Mr Sylvan".
Mr Sylvan rolled his eyes and refused to response because Cedric acted irresponsibly. Checking the time to greet him? So disrespectful of him!
"Your mom says you should see her urgently",Mr Sylvan announced.
Cedric looked annoyed. "What now!" .
"She wants to talk to you about something very important" ,Mr Sylvan stressed.
"But sir,students are not to leave the school before break",the vice Chancellor interrupted.
"Thank you!" ,Cedric said sarcastically.
