So, I'm running out of imaginary, amnesia-like moments with which to restore memories because I take or annihilate or hide them soooooo often (watch as nobody knows what I'm talking about except Storm <3) that I had to Google the removal of false memories. OF COURSE I stumble onto mental health websites. I'd forgotten the OCD disorder that makes you believe that you did horrible things to people. Rape, murder, robbery - anything. Your anxiety manifests itself into false memories of things you don't want to happen.
Here's to me praying for my mental health to never hit that point.
What's more, after finding this, I searched for a cure, and was met with 'CBT': Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Can you guess what I did they? I googled that, of course. (I love how that brand name has become a verb.) So, little miss Darky-who-doesn't-like-counseling looked up a therapy technique (and a couple others because, of course, there are more techniques than one)and had to learn about it.
Great, now I'm an unofficial counselor. Come to me with your anxiety, personality disorders, and mental health issues. JK, JK! That'd probably drive my anxiety through the roof, ironically.
But yeah. We're gonna root out childhood problems and crap. But that doesn't relate to forced memory replacement- oh frick, now I go back to the google bar. Byeeeee
Apparently, a good theraputic relationship is important. Good thing I don't have one xD
Serious side note: Somebody should use Fallout gameplay footage over the song "What a Wonderful World" please! XD
