STUPID TRUCKS

"It's too early" Lucy groaned out on the front porch steps of Gabe Landeskog's apartment building, dropping her head to the purple suitcase that sat in front of her.

Hailee rolled her eyes, drumming her fingers along the smoothed stone that the steps were made of. "It's 9a.m, Lucy."

The red head threw her head back with a groan, stretching out her long, pale legs. "Too early." she rolled her shoulders a few times, huffing out obnoxiously to gather the brunettes attention. "Where the hell are they taking so long."

"Maybe-"

"Hello Ladies" Gabe sauntered out from the front doors of the apartment complex, his black sunglasses covering his bright blue eyes. Hailee couldn't see them, but she knew the were crinkled at the corners as he smiled at them. The rest of the group piled out of the building right after the blond athlete, all of them flushed and slightly out of breath.

Lucy titled her sunglasses down the bridge of her nose. "Wow, you guys look like you just had an orgy."

"Gabe ran through the apartment, we tried to keep up." Tyson sputtered out, lending forward to rest his hands on his knees.

"Yeah, didn't know why he was so eggar to get outside..."
Hailee's attention was drawn to the girl who stood with her bags, her black hair tied back into a low bun. Hailee couldn't lie, she was literally stunning. The simply thought of her model like body in a bathing suit compared to hers, made Hailee self conscious and she drew her arms over her chest. She smiled. God, Hailee thought, even her teeth are perfect.

Erik clapped his hands together, grabbing the attention of the small group. "Okay, less cars the better, so who's up for driving?"

"My cars here" Beatrice raised her hand, smiling. Gabe then nodded, telling them he's willing to drive as well.

"Okay, let's get going!" Nathan ran towards Gabe's truck, tossing his bag into the open trunk then proceeded to throw himself in the front seat. Beatrice and Lucy ran towards Lucy's small car, quickly filling the backseat with luggage and the front seats with themselves. Hailee came to a suddenly stop near her best friends Mini car. How the hell was she going to fit in the backseat of that car. Maybe I could fit behind the passenger, She thought. But her thoughts were stopped and she  inwardly groaned as Tyson Barrie took that spot. Mikko followed soon after, placing Lucy's duffle bag that previously sat on the seat, up onto the middle console.

Well, I guess Hailee could've fit in the back. I mean, two large hockey players could anyway.

"Seriously guys?" she groaned. Mikko shrugged his shoulders at her, giving her an apologetic smile. The others didn't seem to notice the presence of the brunette, all seeming to be laughing and smiling at each other.

Hailee ran her grand through her hair and readjusted her black bag on her exposed shoulder. She knew what this meant. God, she definitely knew what this meant. With Beatrice's already extremely small car packed the roof with bags, small adult girls and large hockey players, leaving no room for an average sized brunette, she knew what had to happen. God, she thought, stop being so goddamn dramatic. Before she could turn around to walk towards the other vehicle, a voice called out to her.
