The sun is getting ready to set and we're back at our cars. I pack my surfboard into the back of my Jeep.

"Do you wanna catch the sunset?" I ask the boys as I pack my surfboard up.

"Who would pass up that?" Ethan smiles at me. I pull out a large beach blanket from my car. I put on a t shirt and we start walking back to the sand.

We lay the blanket down and sit, just admiring the reflection. The sounds of the waves crashing and the warm breeze are honestly the best feelings in the world. And sitting in between two hotties makes everything 10x better!

Grayson lightly brushes his hand against my thigh. I look up at him and we lock eyes. I smile at him and look down. He puts his hand on my thigh as I feel myself blushing. The feeling of his warm hand makes me melt. Meanwhile Ethan is admiring the sunset and taking pictures.

"How long have you been living in this part of California?" Grayson asks me, talking in a hushed tone. The moment is so calm and quiet.

"Well my family lives in the San Diego area but I moved up here a few years ago. So I've been around the beach and surfing all my life. Where are you from?"

"Ethan and I moved here from New Jersey. It's helped up pursue our film career."

"How are you liking Cali?" I look up at him. He's staring loosely at the water. He's gorgeous. His strong jaw and sparkling eyes. How did I meet such an amazing human?

"Its honestly great," he snaps me out of my daze, "we've met so many great people and have started so many friendships and bonds." He looks down at me.

"Los Angeles. The City of Angels. Ironic right?" I slightly laugh. "But be careful, don't be too vulnerable with everyone you meet. Of course I've met amazing people here and have a lot of strong friendships. But some people are just here to fuck you over. They don't care about you, they care about money and possibly fame, if we're talking you're situation." I look up at him. He shoots me a sort of confused look.

"I totally understand where you're coming from." He replies. "I've kind of felt that way with some people but I don't want to assume the worst." We sit in silence for a few seconds, completely forgetting about Ethan.

"Nice conversation guys!" Ethan chimes in. I look over to my right at him.

"Awwe I don't want you to feel left out." I chuckle and grab his hand. He pouts at me and laughs.

"Bro get off my girl!" Grayson puts his arm around my waist and playfully grabs my hand away from Ethan's.

"Woah woah woah there's enough of me for both of you." I wink at Grayson.

"No." Grayson says and shoots a glare at Ethan. Ethan puts his hands up in surrender.

"Fine. I started texting a girl a few weeks ago anyways." Ethan sticks his tongue out.

"I forgot about that! Madi right?" Grayson mentions. Meanwhile I'm just sitting in the middle of them, oblivious to what's going on. Grayson still has his arm around me and he placed his other hand back on my thigh after unlocking Ethan and I's hands.

"Yes. Shes a total stunner. But I mean Quinn, you're just a bombshell, no one can compare." He winks at me. I blush slightly.

"What can I say!" I twirl my hair and smile at the now almost completely dark sky. There is a thin line of the sunset left that is reflecting off the water, giving off just enough light so we can see each other.

"Well E you have Madi. I'm just going to take my girl now." Grayson picks me up bridal style and hops up from the ground. I let out a small scream then laugh. He starts running towards the cars.

"Ethan get the blanket please thank you!" I yell back to Ethan.

"Yeah yeah!" He says back. I smile up at Grayson as we reach the cars. He sets me on my feet gently.

"Thanks for the ride. I'm surprised you could carry me, I'm pretty stacked." I flex my bicep muscles.

"Babe." He mentions to his bicep as he flexes his. I grab it.

"I don't know, seems pretty soft." I say as I squeeze his arm. I let go and he rubs his arm and pouts, acting like I hurt it.

"Toughen up." I smile at him. Ethan meets up with us.

"Here ya go." He hands me the blanket.

"I'm glad we could hang today!" I smile at them.

"Let's do something again very soon." Grayson says.

"Well duh." I wave my hand. "Bye boys." I give them each a hug and hop into my car, throwing the blanket in the back seat. We wave goodbye as I pull out and head home.
