Okay, after last night I wanted to play with just blue and green. It's very hot today so I was was that shiny. I had on the blurring filter.

Not fantastic but I was trying to be quick. Pyshc was on in the living room.
Anyway, I noticed it looked a lot better with the filter. So I took one without.

As you can see, the blue on the lid is kind of weird and...patchy? Sheer? I went in with a fully coated brush and it still looks just off. So I think that's what eye primer must be for, making it more opaque and smooth.
