So we're in the car after dropping my brother off at cross-country training, right? And she knows that DnP make "Your mum" jokes. And I mean, we do it, too, so it's fine. So today, we were making jokes in the car and I said,"Your mum's a door." And told her the story of how that was born.
And then she asked if they were married.
You'd better believe a huge part of me panicked. She doesn't support this. If she knew I shipped Phan, we'd be having a long, long, long talk.
But then she clarified and said, "Like do they have wives, or girlfriends...?"
And I was just,
-Grinning and blushing in the backseat-
"Nah, they don't."
And then my mom started saying how hard it could be for them to get married, like if they get a lot of money, who knows if they'll get girls just because of the money or if they actually care, and I just nodded along and stuff. And then when they finished, I said quietly,"And they live together. And they're roommates."
Then I thought, 'What if there's a specific reason they don't have girlfriends?'
But you know.
Whatever.
