Two years had passed since the whole SQUIP incident at school, and everything seemed to have worked out nicely, wrapped up in a neat little bow. Jeremy had won over Christine and Michael and Jeremy were closer then ever before. Things definitely hadn't been all sunshine and rainbows straight off the bat, but things worked out, and now they were their dorky selves in their new college, and just like Michael had predicted, there were far more geeks then jocks and preps like in highschool, so they probably would be the coolest guys once classes actually started. Right now though, people were just settling in and throwing huge college parties and Jeremy, being Jeremy, obviously wanted Michael to go with him to, surprise surprise, Jake Dillinger's college party, saying that he wanted Michael to meet someone, specifically a girl, not knowing that Michael was hopeless head over heels for guys.

Michael had temporarily had a girlfriend, a small Asian girl called Nicole, who liked hip-hop and rap, but things just didn't feel right for some reason, because he wasn't interested in dating girls, so about a month once they started dating, they broke up. He hadn't told Jeremy yet, he wasn't sure if he'd think of him differently, so it became so much easier to keep his mouth shut.

So, there they were, Michael feeling like a third wheel while Jeremy followed behind Christine like a lost puppy. He obviously wasn't jealous of them, in fact it was probably just as thrilled as his best friend that Christine wanted to be with Jeremy, since he was hopelessly crushing on her since seventh grade, but a part of him wished that he wasn't stuck constantly third wheeling on then whenever they went out, and far preferred when it was just him and Jeremy, playing video games. So maybe it wouldn't be that bad if he met someone at this party, even if it was just as friends, although he highly doubted it. Michael hated parties, they were so loud and the music they played was, in his opinion, utter trash, and he just couldn't understand how people would rather listen to that then music from the 90s, like Bob Marley.

He was actually about to tell Jeremy that he was about to leave, before someone shoved him down in a circle, drunken adults screaming how they were going to play truth or dare.
The past two years hand been pretty uneventful for Jared, everything about Squips had died down, but he really didn't care that much. His school was never really affected by that, but he tried to keep it in mind that they still existed, so that he could watch out for his younger brother.
He had made it into college, and his friend Evan got in with him. He was glad that he wasn't all alone, and that he had at least one friend. Though, Jared wanted to make more friends, so he decided to drag Evan to one of the big parties. He wasn't sure who the host was, but he knew his name was Jake.
To be honest, he wasn't to thrilled that he was at a party, he was rather the opposite of thrilled.
Evan had decided to leave because of how many people were there, and he just flat out felt uncomfortable.
So there Jared was, at a party, a party full of drunk adults. He shook his head, but was soon pushed into a game of truth or dare with a bunch of those drunk adults. He groaned, but decided why not. He looked around the circle of people, noticing how's out four of them actually looked sober.
He wanted to get out of here but some drunk guy was dragging him down. It was probably Dustin Kropp, the school's drug dealer. He obviously hadn't gotten into college, he didn't necessarily see the point in an education, and he was probably just going to keep selling drugs until he was caught and thrown in the slammer for who knows how long. He seemed completely stoned out of his mind, and the only reason he had shown up here was because where there were parties, there were people willing to buy what he was selling.

Michael groaned, letting Dustin grab onto his arm, deciding that he better stick around, just so Dustin didn't end dying somehow. It's not like that were necessarily that close, but they were friends and had gone to the same school together, so it seemed like the least he could do for him. From across the circle of people drunk enough to want to play this children's game, he locked eyes with one person that actually looked sober, and just as bored as Michael was. The younger boy flashed the male a crooked grin, playfully rolling his eyes.
Jared was pulled into the circle by some girl with blonde hair, and a yellow cardigan loosely around her shirt. She was obviously, very, very drunk.
Jared shook his head slightly, his eyes landing on a male with very dark, brown hair, and large framed glasses. The male smiled at him which caused him to blush. He didn't know why he was blushing, so he just smiled back and then covered his cheeks.
Someone declared that the game was starting, and everyone quieted down, looking around the circle. Jared chuckled slightly at how amazed all of the drunk people were with the game. He smiled, and kept an eye on the boy that smiled at him.
Soon, the game started. People were dared to drink more, play seven minutes in heaven, and some other things. Gradually, the circle got smaller and smaller as people left to go do.. 'Other things'.
All of the people that seemed to be sober in the circle were smiling and giggling, including Jared.
