First Day

I was awoken by the ring of my alarm clock. I pulled myself up and got changed into all of my gear for the day. of course my parents knew Nothing about this and I knew the lies were about to begin. I sat at the breakfast table and my mom question with a chuckle, "What are you wearing?!" I has to think, and fast "umm.. it's gender swap week at school. Yeah! that's it" I lied through my teeth. She chuckled and continued with her breakfast as did i. once I was done I gave we a peck on he cheek and I made my way to the bus stop. y fingers tapped on my phone, that currently was caseless considering I had to remain anonymous. Once the bus finally arrived I slipped my phone in my pocket and scanned for a seat. there was an open one next to Brent. He was a shy kid but was popular due to Jack and Zack. I sat down next to him and he greeted me with a small smile and wave.

"What's up dude? I'm Brent." He smiled.

"Sup' I'm Scott. I'm here on an exchange program for 2 weeks." I smoothly replied.

"Where from?"

I panicked "uhh.... Canada!" I said the first thing that came to mind. He nodded

"Welcome to Miami, so are you excited for your first day at Doral Academy?"

"Yeah, have you heard about that one girl? Skylar?" I asked casually trying to get the popular boys opinions on me.

"Ya, she's pretty but we don't talk. Zack actually likes-" he started but was interrupted by a loud screech of the bus coming to a stop. We pile out and I approach Jack and Zack who are standing by the fountain. Brent was also going in the same direction I was and Jack introduced me. "Guys, meet Scott. He's my...... Dad's, Friends, Sons, Cousin....ya." he explained, quite badly may I add. "Zack gave me a wave and my heart fluttered, he's so dreamy.

"So let's see your schedule." I pulled out my schedule, it was mailed to my aunts P.O box so it wouldn't end up I'm my parents and the principal wouldn't be suspicious.

Algebra 1 Honors (1 hr) Ms.Watowski

Reading (1 hr) Ms.Ferrara

Lunch

Speech and Debate (1 hr) Mr.Bichelle

Pre AP world history (30 min) Mrs.Souto

B day:

Law Study's (1 hr) Mrs.Pariz

P.E (1 hr) Coach Ron

Physical Science (1 hr) Mr.Chui

"Okay so is A day. You have Algebra with Brent, Reading with Zack and I and Pre AP with Zack." Jack explained as I nodded. Brent and I made our way to Algebra 1. Brent took his seat and I stood there awkwardly. Ms.Watowski noticed and motioned for me to sit in an empty seat next to Daniel, who sits next to Brent. I did that two finger salute thing and sat down opening my Black binder and began to copy the notes on the board. I closed my binder when I was finished copying the lesson on Slope I turned y head and glanced around the room, only Brent ad I were done. He ripped out a piece of paper from his notebook and wrote something on it. he tossed it toward my desk and I unraveled it.

Wanna hang out with us after school? We are going to get some pizza. You in?

The day dragged on, I managed to survive lunch without getting caught. The boys talked about things like Sports, Video Games, and annoying teachers. I tied to stay out of the conversations as much As possible. That's when the end of the day rolled around and it was time to go get pizza with the boys. Gulp.
