After the school bell rang we all gathered at jacks car and drove towards Power Pizza (real place) we ordered 2 large pizzas and waited at the table. Once the pizza arrived I grabbed 3 slices of pizza and threw on my plate, like how Jack said all boys do it. I dug in immediately. After scarfing down all three slices I went for 2 more, because why not! I'm total I had 5 pizza slices, 10 cups of soda, and 7 bread sticks. I literally felt pregnant. We decided to hang out for a while and just talk. Then the topic of girls came up.
"So, Scott, any girl you like?" Brent asked taking a sip from his plastic cup.
"Nope not really yet." I replied.
"Well Brent here doesn't like any girl either but Zack doesssss!" Jak teased poking his cheek playfully.
"I like this one girl, she's gorgeous. she has blonde hair." was he talking about me? "Her name..... is Gracie." Zack sighed.
My heart dropped, my crush, has a crush, on my best friend.
"Erm, I have to I guys" I scratched the back of my neck and called my brother, Thomas to come pick me up, he agreed and soon enough I was in his car.
"Hey kiddo" he grinned. Thomas was 2 years older than me, we fought a lot but he was always there for me when I needed him most.
"Hey" I faked a smile as I pulled off my wig and took my hair out of the uncomfortable bun, letting it messily flow out. we drow home in a comfortable silence and I made y way up stairs. My phone made that 'ding' noise and I unlocked it to read that I had a text from Zack;
Zack😍: Hey, you know he Halloween bash?
Sky☁️: ya, why do you ask....
My heart was fluttering
Zack😍: Okay Good. You have to be there or else it will suck!
Aweeee.
Sky☁️: Thanks, I'll see you there. I'll probably be back in like 2 weeks. I'm sick rn and I'll be going on vaca soon. Bai x
