Kha'Lanie's POV
I woke up to Ray standing over me a giant owl and a buquet of flowers in the chair next to him with cards in it.
"Ray ?"
"Yes , my love?" he replied .
"I love you."
"I love you too." He said and leaned over to kiss me.
"I almost lost myself, you know ?" He said
"How so?" I was curious
"When I met you we became one , and losing you meant losing myself." He grinned.
We shared a kiss and a silence.
"Where is everyone?" I disturbed the silence
"Mom and Dad had a flight to catch, Lucas went to get all your belongings out your car, he thought it be nice for us to have the first moment together when you woke up." He spoke.
