You can hide in a bush or wear bush to disguise yourself. This can help at times, but most likely people with sniper rifles will know where you are, especially thermal ones. But if you want the ultimate disguise, hide in a tree.
It would be actually funny if we were able to wear trees. You just see people running around as trees! XD
