Health problems are fun! I went to the doctor on Wednesday and basically the doc told me I am anemic, and I have high cholesterol!
That's fun!
So now, I'm only allowed to drink water, only occasionally can I drink milk, I have to start eating breakfast, which I normally don't eat, AND I have to start eating healthier!
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT HEALTHIER WHEN I ALREADY EAT AS HEALTHY AS POSSIBLE?
Like, for real, I snack on carrots and broccoli all the time, my favorite thing to eat is strawberries, I love peaches, keep pineapple away from me I will eat it all.
I WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO GET TO A BELL PEPPER!
How can I eat any healthier without eating what I don't like? I don't eat much healthy meat (I eat bacon and hamburgers), I hate eggs with a burning passion, I don't like watermelon, hate avocado, won't go anywhere near tomatoes, I won't eat anything spicy.
I'm a picky eater, how am I supposed to eat healthier?
