Republicans voted on making it legal to let LGBT families not adopt children because of religious morals.
Now I find this utterly offensive and hurtful. I'm just saying if I ended up marrying a woman I would want kids, and the easiest way would be to adopt. I feel like it would also help the child because grey woukdgave a loving home.
The vote won with a 29-23 voter standard. The act wasn't only against lgbt people, but also against single parents, parents who have divorced, etc. It just shows how fucked up we've become..
