Darcy was already waiting on the bed wearing her napkin dress when I came in.

I walked up to her, and quietly asked, "Darcy. You were the Vice Captor. Is it true that they have cameras in these rooms?"

"Yes. And you don't have to whisper, it's not like they can hear anything."

I breathed a sigh of relief. Knowing that somehow made me feel better.

"I can get us out of here." I confessed.

She stared at me with wide eyes, but quickly regained her composure for the sake of hiding her emotions from the cameras.

"How..?"

"Just follow my lead. We don't have much time."

She nodded fast.

I slid my hand under her chin and tilted her face up to mine. She caught on to the idea, and let me kiss her.

We kissed for about five long seconds, with me standing above her and her sitting down. She got up, her lips still on mine and threw her arms around my neck. She kissed me even harder, and we both made as if we were really into it.

I moved my hands to her shoulders and clutched the sleeves of her napkin dress. We paused to gasp for air, and went back in. Darcy and I spun across the room, acting like wild lovers. We reached the light switch.

She pressed my body against the wall, our hands above our heads. She dragged them down smoothly, flicking the light off on the way down.

We let go of each other.

"Now what," she breathed.

"Follow me," I grabbed her hand and led her to the bed.

I reached and grabbed the razor and key that I'd kicked under the bed. I gave Darcy the bronze key from Michael while I cut a hole into the mattress. I shoved my hand in. The key wasn't that hard to find since the mattress was so thin.

"Help me push the bed," I whispered.

"Ok."

We went on the same side and pushed it as hard as we could. The bed barely moved an inch. I went on the opposite side and pulled while Darcy pushed. Somehow, it worked better that way.

"Now what?"

"Touch the ground." I went over to her side and knelt down.

We moved our hands over the floor, searching for a different texture.

"There's a hole right here," said Darcy.

"It's probably the keyhole," I replied.

I took out the key from the mattress. Finally, finally, we would be able to leave. Excitement filled me. My heartbeat accelerated with an adrenaline rush. I was filled with hope and fear all at the same time.

I put in the key and turned it. Except it wouldn't turn.

"Tanner," Darcy snapped. "What's wrong?"

"It's not opening!" I whispered. I turned it again and again in desperation.

"Give it to me," she snatched it away and put it back in. It wouldn't open for her, either.

"What the hell?" Fear crept into her voice.

A wave of realization washed over me. "Wait, I have another key!"

"Then put it in!" She whispered loudly.

I quickly turned it, and it worked! We lifted the trap door.
