When he was just experimenting wearing feminine clothes/accessories he 139% tried on his Abuela when she wasn't home.
And she probably notice once she started running out of perfume and makeup faster, and him smelling rather odd(from him trying to wash off the perfume after without showering because he's a filthy boy) and is hen he suddenly decided to get his ears pierced(probably tbh)
