LACEY SLAMMED HER locker shut with a sigh only to jump in suprise when Richie was standing on the other side

"Jesus fuck Richie you scared me" Lacey laughs shoving him lightly

"Sorry sweet cheeks, didn't mean to" Richie shrugs while pulling her by her waist to him

"Wanna ditch?" Richie offers

"Cant. I already ditched with you all last week I'm sure I'm in for a hell of an interigation from my teachers once I get to 4th" Lacey groans laying her head against his shoulder

"Just tell em' you were terribly sick. One more day won't hurt" Richie mumbles stippling light kisses on her exposed neck and shoulder. He knew that was her weakness, after all that's how he convinced her to ditch with him all last week

He knew he shouldn't be putting his girlfriends future at risk but he couldn't help it he just wanted her with him all the time and he couldn't stand being in school

"Gross get a room assholes!" Eddie shouts as he walks up to them

"Get a girlfriend" Richie smirks purposely leaving slobbery kisses all over Laceys face just to bother Eddie even more

"Beep beep Richie" Eddie grumbles

"Richie! Stop it!" Lacey giggles wiping his saliva from her cheeks

"Hey guys" Stan smiles as he and Bill approach them

"H-have you t-talked to Bev?" Bill questions right away

"Yeah yesterday we talked all night I'm so fucking tired" Lacey yawns leaning her head against Richies arm, he wraps his arm around her waist pulling her closer as they lean against the lockers

"How is s-she?" Bill asks fumbling with his fingers

"She's doing good from what she told me. No issues at school I think she has a boyfriend. I'm not too sure but she said she couldn't stop thinking of you so I doubt it" Lacey softly says with a sad smile at the end

It's been years since the group has seen Beverly. Alot has changed. Mike never came around anymore seeing as he was home schooled. Ben moved away. And Beverly moved too. The rest of the group stood by eachother strongly. Their friendship was still amazing with eachother

"O-oh" Bill mumbles looking down at his shoes

"Call her Bill. I'm sure she'd be ecstatic to hear your voice" Lacey encourages

"I'll t-think about i-it" Bill shrugs

"I'm gonna head to class see you losers later" Eddie says while waving goodbye as he and Stan leave

"I'm g-gonna go too" Bill says turning and walking to class

"And then there were two" Richie smirks

"God they make me sad" Lacey huffs

"Just let them do as they please. I know they're just hurting themselves even more but we can't control it we have to let them make their own choices babe" Richie says while rubbing her arm comfortingly

"So are we ditching or what Tozier?" Lacey mutters

"Fuck yes, let's go get ice cream and then make out in my car?" Richie quirks an eyebrow

"Sounds amazing" Lacey says while her and Richie carelessly walk out the front of the school and hop into Richie's car

Things were going good for the two and their friends
