Becca's POV

After a 7 hour train journey, a 30 minute taxi trip and a 12 minute walk, I got to the collage. It was big. From growing up in a tiny village that only had 200 people in the secondary school. (n/a I do actually live in Scotland and the school system is really confusing... You have nursery, primary school and secondary school so that is what's being used...) this collage was one of the biggest in London.

As I approached the main gate I saw a large sign that said 'Welcome to St Hudson's Collage for the Musically Talented.' This made me chuckle to myself. I also saw quite a phew pole pole in groups all hanging around. I went to the main desk where this girl was seated, she looked around my age. She had shoulder length hair that was dip-dyed purple. She looked really sweet. I kinda thought because of my lower boob length hair that was dark red (dyed, obviously...) that we should get along.

"Hey!" She greeted me with a smile. "my name is Angela, but you can call me Angie! I will be helping you around for the next week or so!" She seemed so lively and awake, it was kinda refreshing.

"Oh, cool! I'm Rebecca. Rebecca McDavis. You can call me Becca though. I'm in second year." I said with a half smile. She kept up and gave me a hug, she is a good hugger, I thought. She was about the same hight as me, maybe smaller, she was very skinny (not too skinny but a lot skinnier than me... And I'm quite thin)

"Yay! I'm also in second year!" she squeaked. "Right, before we start, there are some people to steer clear of..."

"Ok... Who?" I asked, kinda worried that there would a murderer or a drug dealer in the school.

"There are four boys in our year, Ashton Irwin, Calum Hood, Luke Hemmings and ESPECIALLY Michael Clifford." Angie kinda half whispered this as if people around us would report what she was saying to these four mystery boys. I was wondering what they must have done or why I need to avoid them. As if she was reading my mind, she said "yeah, they are all, what they call, punks. Especially Michael, but yeah they are all really rude to the teachers. Actually, most of this only applies to Michael." she chuckled and I joined in. "To be honest I haven't really heard much about Ashton or Luke..."

"Ok, I'll keep that in mind." I replied with a smile.

I handed Angie my papers and she showed me to my dorm. I was sharing with this girl who liked all the same things as me! I could tell that she loved One Direction because she had a huge Harry Styles poster on her wall. "Hiya! I'm Lucy" she giggled shyly. I could tell she was exited yet she seemed a little nervous. I introduced myself and we got talking about our shared love for one direction and little mix and some other pop artists.

After what seemed like an hour of us talking, we went outside and I noticed that Lucy didn't have any friends although she was here last year as well. I felt kinda sorry for her.

I glanced across the gardens and saw a very bright head of hair. I looked closer and it was bright green. BRIGHT GREEN! He had a hell of a lot of piercings on his face and tattoos all up his arms. I then noticed three of his friends? They weren't covered in tattoos as much as him. They had one or two tattoos and only one of them had a lip piercing. Needless to say none of the others had neon hair colours. All four of them were singing. They didn't look like the type to sing but yeah, they boy with the lip ring and the green haired boy were on guitars. The lad with the lip piercing was singing most if the song while the colourful headed boy was mainly playing guitar, the one with curly hair and a red bandanna was tapping on a blue tray, the last boy was just kinda humming or lightly singing bits if what ever they were playing. But was transfixed by the green haired lad, the way his fingered intertwined with the when it dawned on me, that was Michael. Michael Clifford. He noticed me and winked. I turned away quickly.

"REBECCA MCDAVIS!" shouted Lucy, waving her hand in my face. I jumped a bit and she giggled.

"Huhhhh?" I grunted.

"I've been saying your name for, like, 5 minutes!"

"Oh, sorry."

"Anyway," she continued. "I was asking where your from, your accent is really cool!"

"Oh, I'm from never Edinburgh." I explained she nodded.

"I've been there once. Edinburgh is really nice. But your really far from home! like really far."

"Yeah. I guess, I don't mind that much though, I've stayed in London a lot for weeks at times. So I should be fine."

"So, seen any boys that have struck your fancy?" Lucy inquired.

I glanced over at Michael. He was watching me like a hawk. Lucy caught me looking and glaring at him telling him to back of.

"Oh. My. God. No?!" Lucy exclaimed. "you like Michael?!"

"I don't know... I only just saw him but yeah he's really hot..."

"Oh la la!" she giggled. "well I kind of have a crushy thingie on Calum."

"Oh la la!" I copied her tone. We decided that because classes started tomorrow that we should go back and get all out stuff organised.
